Washington, Philadelphia, Canberra, and Abuja where all designed from scratch, as well as Saint Petersburg.
Brasilia is not the only city designed from scratch.

As far as I know there is only one city designed from scracth, Brazilia, if there is others could you tell me please, they mention Dang Tang, (probably is misspelled) is that in China? thanks

It is spelled Dongtan, and yes, it is in China.

enrique097- hello, I looked into this. Dongtan is an eco city near Shanghai. Its in a very primary stage so im not sure anyone is living there. At first I had mistook it for 'Dongguan' Dongguan is a growing city between Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong
