  • What kind of ear pro is that?

  • If I had to go to war a full FN set (scar-l and fnx9) would be my choice.

  • >not a tacticool person

  • What modifications do you have to apply to the P-mags to be able to work with the Scar? It is said that the standard P-mags would not run properly and would malfunction on a Scar without modifying it.

  • @timothychong48 Use Emags!

  • I have really been looking at buying either an ACR or a Scar. But right now I am at a dead-lock on which one I would be the better gun. What are your thoughts?

  • Is the SCAR-L available for civilians?

    I live in CA.

  • how is the recoil on the scar 16 than an AR-15?

  • @RCM1829 if anything the scar has less recoil than and AR-15. But that is just me, to be sure for yourself I would try to do a side-by-side comparison if you can

  • My peeve with that and the ACR is the stock. The guns are nice but when your a left handed shooter, you want the stock to fold off set of the weapon. The stocks are good for right handed shooters but it's not so good when your left handed.

  • You can never have too much ammo.

  • Are those SureFire 60 rounders any good? Reliability-wise? Dependability? As in jams, etc?

  • @TheSillmatic

ours have worked well, no complaints

  • @GunWebsites Thanks for the quick response. Much appreciated.

  • How did you get the scar to hold P-Mags, or does it just do it coming out of the box?

  • @juhsitfy153 Magpul P-Mags are the same size as regular M16/AR mags, just made out of a polymer instead of aluminum.

  • SHOOT IT GOD DAMMIT!

  • looks a little bit more like the acr with the magpul stuff on it

  • "Ammo related issue still= MALFUNCTION". It's gotta eat anything.

  • wow a moe "handguard" on a SCAR lollol j/k !!!

  • Very cool!

  • im looking for a good tactical glove i can wear does anybody have any reasonably priced ideas? i live in Colorado so it would be nice if the gloves could be functional in colder weather but still maintain the dexterity i need to effectively use my scar 17 out to 400 yards

  • @crazy0ace1

Some new SKD PIG Full Dexterity gloves came out at SKD Tactical. Not sure on the warmth, but just another new option to look at

  • Thanks for the review! i'm looking to get the same system in a week!

  • I have a question about the mount he's using. He mentioned he has the Larue mount used for the HK416 which the 416 has a higher built in rail MOA. Does it really matter to have the correct RDS mount height in a parallax free sight. I understand that the iron sights have to be the same height over bore to use the same BD (like same POI at 50 and 200 ect) that we're all used to I'm just not sure about the Aimpoint. I hope my question makes sense because I'm limited in characters remaining 2.

  • Bad ass vid! Thanks

  • Is that a 16 inch barrel? It looks a little shorter. Thanks.

  • @JDHill1974

16, but it has a rail extension

  • wish sweden had less hard gun rules.

  • nice i dont see alot people run duel mags on scars.

  • The magazine carriers on your belt are sweet! Who makes them?

  • @DongHigh

    raven concealment

  • Hey GunWebsites, I noticed there was a small gap on the top rail of the SCAR-L at 1:39, what's the purpose of that? Is that where the moving piston is?

  • @ShadeStalker1915 That's the gas block/front sight with the gas adjustment on it. The piston should be under the top rail on the upper receiver. That rail out towards the muzzle is a rail extension. The purpose of it would be for giving access to the gas adjustment and the front sight post. There's probably some rail extensions that keeps the sight flipped down and covers over it but then you can't adjust the gas settings for suppressors and whatnot without removing it.

  • @CallsignWulf Thanks! Was curious because I've never seen that gap there before. So it's the gas block that diverts the gas to the piston, which resets the action right?

  • @ShadeStalker1915 Something like that, I'm not too familiar with piston systems. The gas diverts from the port in the barrel to the gas block, which regulates the gas flow to the piston. The piston would then contact the bolt carrier group and cycle the action There should be a setting on the as block for standard ammo, suppressors/subsonic ammo, and one for single shot only, requiring the gun to be cycled manually each time.

  • Lol get ready for a bunch of video gamers to comment on this video

  • I'm liking the SCAR more and more by the day( kinda like the .308 version over the .233) Maybe one day I'll be able to afford one. ^^

  • @TheRifle308 You might want to wait on the 308, the mags are pricey.

  • what sling is that?

  • @HYPOspeed

    the new magpul sling

  • @GunWebsites MS3 ?? looks good..when are they gonna be available ??

  • @MultiSr16

soon, stay tuned for a video about the MS3

  • Good video me personally I like the charging handle on the left side so I don't have to take my firing hand off in case of a malfunction. I wonder if he modified his Pmags not to hit his bolt.

  • @dhena81

No mods to the mags at all,

  • It's okay, Steve... I still think you're a cool guy! Lol! Interesting vid, I still haven't had the chance to run one of these hard, to decide if I wanna commit to buying one. S/F

  • @RetreatHell

thanks brother hit me up at shot show

  • @Composer1777

His rifle is a go n grab gun. These guns are very modular allowing the user to make them mission specific. He has chosen what kind of mission he would use this gun for. The lightest rifle in the world is not always the best choice. I don't know who told you that, but maybe you should get your money back

  • @colt45irish I just realised that. I fell like a ra-tard.

  • What's up with all the Magpull stuff?

  • @XxXSKYCHIEFXxX Umm because it was a magpul class...and magpul makes good stuff

  • @Composer1777

yea.. steve is such a poser, adding stuff to his guns strictly for internet fame.. good thing you called him out on it.. that will show him his place

  • @GunWebsites think I actually smelt the sarcasm on that one lol. you guys have the best comments, have you thought of going into comedy seriously you guys are hilarious.

  • @AR15alltheway

LOL, naw.. just sheer frustration ..

  • Seems to be a really cool guy. Nice rig.

  • I would think that his hand would get really hot in front of the gas block.

  • Try shooting the f--kin gun - what a waste of 4 mins of video

  • @Submissivelyyours

It would be great if we could somehow filter people like you from even watching our vids..

  • @Submissivelyyours

Calm down over there....Its a review not a shooting video.

  • how old do i have to be to get a gun

  • @HMKfilms360

old enough to know how to find out what the laws are.. at least

  • @HMKfilms360

    18 in most places.

  • @Breakneckhydra1 ok thank you this helps

  • I broke that exact scar at a class.

  • If I had the money, I'd have one in the accumulation...

  • @Hiluxtaco

sounds like what someone would say if they already had a few and wanted to make it look like they didn't ...

  • @GunWebsites If that were the case, I would have already posted videos showing it/them off by now..... lol

  • and what's the difference with the SCAR-H

  • @pantelos96 ammo, L - 5,56 H - 7,62

  • @Xzibit9 aha, thanks!

  • @pantelos96 IIRC the L is 5.56x45 and the H is 7.62x51. not sure if there are any other differences though (a heavier barrel for the H maybe).

  • @TheBigOne0305 ok, thanks!

  • i think we need to find out how he modified the redi mag for the scar

  • @DontTreadOnMe894 he said it, chopped and welded..... no big deal lol

  • Comment removed

  • He seems like a cool guy! Cool video. Keep posting them. My favorite is still the original ninja glock....

  • daaaa bears!

  • nice toy

  • Has that sixty rounder had any non ammo related malfunctions yet? Ive seen a couple of videos where follower doesnt come up.

  • @Islapbeechs

I hear only good things about the 60s so far still

  • 90 rounds of OVERKILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wasn't he the same guy selling ACR's to Bushmaster now Remington?

  • @carmas54

no, you have him confused with someone you made up

  • One of my favorite vids this year.

  • that is a really kool guy! he is someone you would want to shoot with..

  • Steve's a good guy that knows his stuff. He gives me so much S* for buying guns all the time and not sticking with a single platform. ...but I just like buying guns. :0)

  • ★★★★★

  • Also dpsdude you can't buy a rifle till your 18. When you turn 18 you can go down to your local gun shop and most likely find a black and or a tan mk16 on the wall.

  • The green marks are a paint pen. Used to witness mark anything that screws on the gun. You wanna be able to see if something is starting to come loose. Most people do it with a red paint pen.

  • Did he mention AK?? Yep he did... :)

  • Mmmm pure sex!

  • Just saying im a 15 year old gun enthusiast and a video game player mostly first person shooters and this is one amazing gun wish i could find one to buy

  • note that pmags need to be modified to work properly in the scar.. unmodified they slightly engage the bolt release so that the bolt grinds over the bolt release during the action. pmags need to have the u notch at the top rear of the mag removed so that they look like usgi mags in order to avoid excessive wear on the gun

  • @reconMarine66

witness marks, so if something comes loose you can tell right away

  • haha, nice quote!

  • He had me until he said he wasn't tactical :)

  • @ArtisanTony

I have a feeling you and Steve would get along fine, lol

  • @ArtisanTony He isn't. What he said is very true about himself.
