Hey, Your African cichlid looks like a Red Zebra (They are Red in the wild but in captivity they turn orange) it'll get about 6", should do fine in your tank
Ditto adding the rocks/caves (I like lava rock) but an awesome setup man. I wish I had a 125 right now. I've scaled down my tanks to a single 55 with a Green Terror, some bushnose plecos and a few synodontis decoris. Keep us posted on your tank!!!
Tank looks cool but if i were you id put some big rocks in there and some wood as well so each fish can make their own territory otherwise they will probably get really aggressive towards each other.

Thanks for the input man. I added a big root type thing on the left side. It provides a lot more hiding spots. I'll update with another video.
