WisperCrystal, just wanted to thank you for such a relaxing and effective audio track. I first found drummernezzy's version which had some nice celtic music to it. But I like this one also because it's a little longer with the storm at the end.

This has helped me sleep some nights. But whats even better is following this song with another 30 minutes of some kind of ambient sleep therapy track.

I really like the rain background! But if i may make a suggestion, I would LOVE a video with a stormy background! Not like a violent storm, just some rain, gentle thunder in the distance, ect. I've always been soothed by storms! Anyone else the same way?

@thebestmagic3000 In the past I have been having difficulty between 1 and 2 1/2 hours before I fall asleep. With this soundtrack and the help of other sleeping tips I've found, it usually takes me about 30 to 40 minutes. Surprisingly, I usually seem to drift off right when it ends. Unless I hear a loud noise that wakes me :P

Was listening to this during my pre sleep process (making my bed, taking my vitamins, etc.) and found myself passing out standing up. literally, i was standing for 3 hours before my back started hurting and i woke up by falling into a chair. I've tried everything to get to sleep and nothing consistantly works... except this... srsly ive had explosions go off next door that diddnt wake me up and i dont take narcotics or anything.....

Oh my god, I didn't fall asleep, but by the end, it felt SO AMAZING. It felt like someone put restraints of pleasure on me, and I never wanted to break free.
