What does it actualy mean, that the Holy Spirit comes on you?

I was going to the church my whole life, but half a jear ago, I went to another church, and there they are talking about experiencing the Holy Spirit, but I don't understand what it is. And what happens to you then.

I realy would like to know more about it, for I want to know the Lord in al His power!

it is the Spirit of God that helps you and guides you in this world during your lifetime. When Jesus Christ was about to be taken to heaven, He mentioned about it that He would send a comforter who would guide us in our lives. And this is that same Comforter and that has various names like the Holy Spirit, Spirit of God, etc in the bible.
