I too like the original version better, because it's more snappy and has that rock on feeling. But I do like this version too, it's more mellow and something nice to slow dance to. Katie is so talented, and I wish she was more well known where I come from.
I just watched the movie "Just Like Heaven" starring Reese witherspoon and mark ruffalo and this song was the main song.. I fell in love with this cover I just had to find out who sung it!!!! Absolutely beautifully done! (I still love the cure of course)

I will always prefer the original version, but I think this is beautiful. It adds a...sweetness that the original didnt have.
Great cover, it loses the Hardcore powerfullness of the original but adds beauty.
