also if we had shown ONLY the supervillain's poster...

(i) the people wud've had NO clue who the superhero was or WHY he was interested in giving his autograph to the kid

(ii) and even if that wasnt the case, it wud've made it OBVIOUS to the people that the kid was a fan of the villain, and wud've already known why the kid wasnt reacting to the hero.

OK, so the superhero? (i think) saw this boy who is reading his comics and is probably a big fan of them.. so he came up to ask him if the boy wanted his autograph. The boy didn't care because near the end he liked the supervillan (the girl on the poster).

The irony is that fans are the people to ask the autograph, not the famous person. Got it?

dude what we tried to show was that a very super egoistic superhero meets a boy who's reading his comic. he thinks he's his fan and so wants to give him an autograph...without having to appear too desperate!! but then the boy hardly reacts to him... cuz he actually turns out to be the fan of the villain!!!

hey guys, i must thank aniboom for uploading this clip... it's actually a work done by me and two of my friends in a span of 3 months! it was done for our 3D project where we had to show an interaction between 2 characters; and this concept kinda clicked! i appreciate the ones who liked the clip... and the ones who didnt, we'll hope to do a better job next time! i may add that this was our first hand at 3D animation, so there were many faults!!
