I am trying to learn this and I have pretty good balance but The two problems I have is, my elbow is hurting from where I put my Knee and knee keeps slipping, what can I do to prevent this from happening?
@thattotherguyy303 My elbow is still sore after the air baby so don't worry, it will hurt ;) . as far as you knee slipping, sit down and try to place your elbow on your knee just as you would do it on air baby. push it down and see what happens. if it slips then it's a wrong place if it doesn't then try to do the same on air baby ;) . it may be a stupid way to do it but worked for me :)
how much have u practised to reach that level?i have tried airbaby so many times,but still can only hold for 1-2 sec...i can't balance,and my wrist hurts a bit.. any tips?
@mystyriostypos well I can't remember now tbh but it was something about a month. When I first started I also was able to hold it only for like 2-3 sec and my wrist was sore as anything. Just keep practicing until you find your point of balance and don;'t worry about your wrist, the pain will go away with time. Just remember to wear something to protect it.. wasn't once when I nearly broke it lol
ya dude my knee keeps slipin too but its also not helpin with a pinched nerve in my right shoulder and my rists are killing me from continuously trying it. its not that easy to hold urself up on one hand....lol gota be pretty strong for that stuff but i am geting there shouldnt be long till i get it and when i do i hope somebody is there to see me do it lol
i can only hold it for 5 secs with both hands sad
