And the part you're looking for, should be somewhere in the middle of this song, so it's not recognizable when you just started hearing the song.

I kinda figure that Xehanort is the main villian of the Kingdom Hearts series. Because the final boss in KH is his Heartless (Ansem)

And the final boss in KH2 is his Nobody (Xemnas)

master ansem didnt allow the experiment with hearts to continue , but xehanort kept going. they both knew that the worlds might have been in grave danger if they kept going. he didnt listen, now look at the trouble the worlds are in.
