  • I would so love to learn the piano. Did I hear you add some of your own creative material at the end of your song? It was beautifully played.

  • "Did I hear you add some of your own creative material at the end of your song?"

Not sure what you mean. What song?

  • who do they live with?

  • Now Vova lives with the Bakalors' family and Olga lives with her two roommates in the UCLA dorm or apartment (not sure how it is called).

  • so you don't live with Olga and Vova?

  • "so you don't live with Olga and Vova?"

No, we don't live with them.

  • Olga negavari po rusky? :)

  • "Olga negavari po rusky?"

Ольга говорит по-русски, просто ей проще говорить по-английски.

  • ущерб :-/

    спасибо за ответ ;)

  • I live half a world away from my family... It's always wonderful to visit, but I know how hard it is to say goodbye. Hope you have a lot time together!

  • "Hope you have a lot time together!"

No, not a lot time together. That was the last time I saw Olga in person. But since then her mom and her grandma visited her and Vova in America.

  • no juggling?

it's alright it's was fun watching your happiness X_X

  • "i subbed for vova not olga.."

"Subbed"? You mean subscribed? So? Why do you say it?

  • Your comment sucks.

  • You all are such an awesome family! It's so great that Olga got to spend the holidays with the family. By the way, your cat is so cute! I hope you'll all get to spend the holidays together this year as well!

    + ***** !

  • "I hope you'll all get to spend the holidays together this year as well!"

Unfortunately, it looks like we won't have such an opportunity this year. :-(

  • I'm sorry to hear. =( Maybe it can be a skype Christmas?

  • "Maybe it can be a skype Christmas?"

Yeah, like it was for her American family last year.

  • wow, what music is that playing?

  • "what music is that playing?"

The song named "This Town" by the Russian band Bravo and "I can't believe it's Christmas" by GiR2007.

  • At first I see Olga cringing at cold in her hood on short walk from train to car and I think, uh oh, decadent West have make Olga weak! But then I see Olga jogging through Penza winter and I know her Russian heart remain strong like bear. On next visit Father should encourage jump in hole in ice lake to reinvigorate strength.

  • "On next visit Father should encourage jump in hole in ice lake to reinvigorate strength."

    :-)

  • I enjoyed this video, I don't care if it doesn't have juggling in it, watching you guys like such a happy family makes me happy.

Did you know Vasili that the hat Olga is wearing at the beggining and end of the video is called a "chullo" and that it was invented here in Peru? People have been wearing those here for a loooooooot if years. Now the fashion world made it famous around the world.

  • Thanks, Manuel!

"Did you know Vasili that the hat Olga is wearing at the beggining and end of the video is called a "chullo" and that it was invented here in Peru?"

No, I didn't know about that.

  • You seem to be a vary close family and I think you have a right to be proud of your kids, but I think vova and Olga have just as much right to be proud of there parents.

  • Well, thanks, Juggling4jesus!

  • at 5:00 were you guys doing video chat?

  • "at 5:00 were you guys doing video chat?"

    Yes.

  • looked like fun!

  • Looks like you had a wonderful christmas! You parents must have been very happy to get to see your little girl :)

I hope the farewells weren't too hard.

  • I enjoy seeing how happy Olga and her mother are to be together again. You have a wonderful family, Mr. Galchenko. :-) Glad to see Olga was able to visit again.

  • Thanks, Pentecent!

  • Can you recommend any modern Russian bands? Something like Distemper. Great compilation video too. The cat is so cute!

  • "Can you recommend any modern Russian bands?"

Sorry, I am a wrong person to recommend modern Russian bands. :-)

    "Something like Distemper."

I didn't even heard of such a band named Distemper.
