Because when you finish the training VR mode,at the end there's videos who show the best way of winning (with crazy time) by a computer.

Are you say that is is PAL, do you know it it was NTSC, how much will it make difference.

This is definately PAL or NTSC the time would be maybe 0.5 seconds quicker.
