I have all 3 systems, the wii, PS3, and xbox 360. So I'll be getting both the natal and move. I have always favored the PS3 over all other systems but the natal does look a lot better but I guess I won't know until I get to use both. My only worries is that games are getting simpler, as in simpler tasks and lower quality graphics.
i have a question, since the Eye can also track body movement and the controllers movement. If there was a soccer game on the Move than would you move around with the sub controller and kick with your feet.
If you want to support four players, it is actually more than Natal. The move is really cool, but even the wii is more money to support four players. I am still more excited to use the move most though.

Developers have commented that developing for the Move is a lot like developing for Wii MotionPlus, which came out a year ago. Previews from tech sites like engadget have confirmed noticeable input lag that's not even seen in the Wii. So in a very real way it's worse.
The PS Move is an expensive waste of money. I'm not going to buy a quick knockoff, and yes I do own a PS3. You elitists should stfu.

It doesnt matter who the first was to come out with motion control. What matters is which works the best, and looks like Sony is gettin it done. From what they showed at the press con., it has the wii beat. But time will tell. Im sure nintendo will have a response to the move. But I am excited about the move.

Thats not totally true, actully the wiimote is way better at pointer manipulation, becasue it uses a camera and IR lights(like ps Move in reverse), and the ps Move uses gyros for manipulation, this gives MOve the advantage in 3d motion, but wii the advantage with pointer manipulation/ALL shooters. PLus the wiimote has WM+ for better motion

You have an ignorant idea of how this tec works, it's the wii that will be faster and more percises. The move might have more accurate motion tracking do to the bulb, but because the camera has to pick up that motion it will actully be more laggy comparded to wii. Plus the pointing wil be way more percise on wii than move cause of how the camera is oriented in the wii controller.

SONY'S PLAYSTATION MOVE is combination of xbox natal and wiI remote ..... you got the camera on one side from xbox doint it thing.... and Wii remote on the other side doing it thing....Put them together you get PLAYSTATION MOVE that works with the camera....think about it... it make sense.

I have all 3 systems, the wii, PS3, and xbox 360. So I'll be getting both the natal and move. I have always favored the PS3 over all other systems but the natal does look a lot better but I guess I won't know until I get to use both. My only worries is that games are getting simpler, as in simpler tasks and lower quality graphics.

@subtenko The PSMove is just a copy of the Wii remote with Wii sports and casual game knockoffs. Developers have commented that developing for the Move is a lot like developing for Wii MotionPlus, which came out a year ago. Previews from tech sites like engadget have confirmed noticeable input lag that's not even seen in the Wii. So in a very real way it's worse.
The PS Move is an expensive waste of money. I'm not going to buy a quick knockoff, and yes I do own a PS3. You elitists should stfu.

PS3: $299.99 + PS Move: $99.99 = $400 + $20 HDMI cable (unless you find them cheap) + $60 game = $480 + tax.
Wii + Wii MotionPlus + 2 games + $15 component cable (for HDTVs) = $215 + tax.
That's a $265 difference. Which console consumers are going to buy? Wii.

@subtenko The Wii is better because it has games that appeal to me. Games on the other systems have lost their charm, they're all about "OMG HD FPS EXPLOSIONS KABOOM" now when they used to be about fun gameplay, skill, and innovation.

People always talk without real info... Nintendo asked Sony to make them a CD-ROM add-on for their console back in 1986 (before the first PlayStation), because they couldn't do it themselves.
And PS2 had PS Eye before the Wii...

Analog sticks read and measur a degree of tilt, and the N64 thumb analog stick was the first tilt sensing control stick, and is now standard.

PlayStation have been first in a lot of stuff, and later in this summer PS3 will be the first console to support 3D, not 3D in gaming graphics term, but in theater, you know 3D glasses.
PS3 might not be the best seller, but people have to admit that it's the one that has most features/functions...

" nice try dude the the Intellivision controller used a disk, not a directional -pad which everyone has copied from nintendo since. Plus the intelivision controller was entirly digital meaning it could only read one input at a time , that means no moving while jumping at the same time. that would require two inputs. Nintedno was first to create the d-pad.

- Gameboy's camera might be "first" video gaming camera, but what I was actually talking about was that the EyeToy was the first video gaming camera to detect movements, yeah, just like Natal and Wii, it wasn't successful though.
- I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo stole Sega Activator's idea to make the "power glove"

- Around 2003, Sony announced controller for the EyeToy, so besides the motion recognition, it also was like the Wii, they only released a video, show the "controller" functionality, but the controller was never released. YOU CAN WATCH THAT VIDEO HERE ON YOUTUBE...

It doesnt matter who the first was to come out with motion control. What matters is which works the best, and looks like Sony is gettin it done. From what they showed at the press con., it has the wii beat. But time will tell. Im sure nintendo will have a response to the move. But I am excited about the move.

Thats not totally true, actully the wiimote is way better at pointer manipulation, becasue it uses a camera and IR lights(like ps Move in reverse), and the ps Move uses gyros for manipulation, this gives MOve the advantage in 3d motion, but wii the advantage with pointer manipulation/ALL shooters. PLus the wiimote has WM+ for better motion

Besides the only reason micro and sony could do that is because they are not only game comp's like nintendo. They have huge profits from HDTV/DVD players(sony) and OS/ software(micro). I would say, Well you do know the first motion controller was the POWERGLOVE on the original NES. The first Camera controler was on the gameboy with Gameboy camera. The first motion controlled videogame was kirby tilt and tumble on Gameboy. What part of motion gameing did sony do first again? Did sony do any part of gaming first?

@bulgarin1000 the precision, and the speed at which it will react. Because the wii goes through wireless technology, playstation moves position is determined using light.. The quickest possible way..
Also, the playstation is more versatile than the wii, so don't waste your money. Get the deal. (playstation)

You have an ignorant idea of how this tec works, it's the wii that will be faster and more percises. The move might have more accurate motion tracking do to the bulb, but because the camera has to pick up that motion it will actully be more laggy comparded to wii. Plus the pointing wil be way more percise on wii than move cause of how the camera is oriented in the wii controller.

Yes!! It looks like the Wii but its not it kills it the will doesnt have hd or the glowing part or the camera. Just the way 360 controler got the idea for the buttons X,Y... from the super nintendo 'THEY DID' is the way ps3 move is similar to the wii. if it was stolen nintendo would have been sued ps but it wasnt so they didnt. No Ideas are stole they are just similar or made better. Would you rather have a 360 or a Super Nintendo? A PS3 or a Wii?
