@superrobertking18 Yes. On Normal, the game plays from Pluto to Earth, while Expert and Maniacal difficulties plays Mercury and Alien World after that.

I like the updated verson of this game cause it has the classic game on as well.

@TheKingWerwer Expert adds 2 more worlds and I think picks up the speed of the aliens a little bit. Then when you beat Expert, you unlock Maniacal, which REALLY amps up the speed of everything (it plays all of the worlds in Expert difficulty).

@Arzaker I think it was more of a case that I did damage so fast, the meter couldn't keep up and when its life hit 0 (even though the meter says otherwise) it dies.

To my recollection, it's circle. But level select codes are cheats in a sense, for the purposes of speed running. So thus they aren't allowed and not used.

As long as you get good media, the chipped PS2 will play it. I believe you can also play it on the PS1 if you get swap magic, but not sure on that one.

I also think that ePSXe can play it (emulator on PC).

Heh my friend did something really smart: he put an emulator and roms into his flashdrive so he takes it to any computer and plays! I did the same thing with a GBA emulator and a GBA space invaders rom :)

yes it does. i went to google and typed "visualboyadvanced" and then downloaded that, downloaded "0349 Space Invaders. gba (U)" put it all into my flashdrive. i opened visualboyadvanced and i click open in the top left corner and then double clicked on the space invaders file i downloaded. i hope this works for you...
