Although 4 album sales are lower than her previous albums, it still went up to #1 on the billboard top 100s (Only beyonce and britney spears were able to do that with their 4th album). 4 also went triple platinum across the globe in countries like the UK and Brazil. Best thing i never had was #1 in countries like Paris and the UK. 4 was #1 on the itunes top 100 albums.
