Superman is still my fav, batman is awesome but Superman is the symbol for what every hero should be. Either way this batman vs superman thing is stupid, either one can win if the circumstances fall in their favor. In the comics their friends and while they disagree with each others methods you cant find two closer friends.

He has good chunk of flaws, that by the book attitude puts him in predicaments where it could cause people lives. Weakness? Kyrptonite, and he has not always won. He has lost to doomsday, batman, Luthor and not all his loses are physical loses they can be mental. Like when the Joker kills Lois. You clearly know nothing of superman, if you don't like him that's fine but please read a book first.
