Apples are AMAZING. I went, like... two years without eating an apple, and when I finally had one after that, it was probably the most amazing thing I'd ever had.
I don't believe theres such a thing as too much cake - screw the universe!
Good luck though; I'm trying to eat a little healthier too since I've been a student for a few years now and I get that little fruit and stuff into my diet I'm surprised I don't have scurvy. :p
i've been eating healthy for a couple of months, and it makes such a difference to shop at farmers or produce markets instead of supermarkets. it can be cheaper too. i still have cupcakes from time to time, because i figure totally depriving myself of something will only make me crave it more. i need to incorporate some exercise into my life, so good luck with the yoga. i was thinking i might try pilates.
