Actually, it isnt good to do cold meds over the counter. I actually supresses your cough, ext... so it will take longer to get rid of, and will always make you sicker by weakeniing your immune system by putting all those toxins in your body, all the added chemicals in the meds. Take echinasia, vitamin c, acidophilus, and drink spearmint tea to conqur the couch. Problem is, is everyone thinks theyre dieing when they have a cold. Its not a big deal.

Another way is if you have a light cold and you want to get rid of it. you need one lemon and honey. Any honey will help beside all natural. You get two spoon full of honey and put it in a cup. Then you squeeze two lemon and put it in the cup with the honey. Finally you put the cup in the microwave for about 45 sec. cool it down a little but you need to drink it when its hot and you also need to drink it fast. Another way is to drink pineapple juice
