I love how it shows her being taken down several times. The reality is that efficient arrest control techniques like this are for the safety of both the officer and the suspect. It is impossible to get a complete image of the situation from the short and inflammatory clip shown here.

It does say right in the description, however, that the student arrested was obstructing a roadway. This is against the law, the officer was within his rights.

That's a minor outside reap.Kosoto Gari,in Japanese.The Officers held him on the way down so that he didn't get hurt.Normally when you reap you push them down hard and they crack their scull on the ground.You keep hold their arm,twisting and breaking it.Then while stretching arm upward you stomp the neck of your opponent.After the reap the camera backs off and you see a woman touching a Cops back.Don't do that.This shows the Police are being very nice.No tazer.My answer would have been,"No Sir."
