No no no no no faster way have the torch out just the torch then hit the run button 2 times that's it you can tell if it works by letting go of run button and you will still be running forever thanks for reading. :)
If you have 100 block and get the shield charge perk, you can do it while sneaking to result in a sprint while sneaking by holding down left trigger and left bumper, however, if you let go of the left trigger before the left bumper while doing this, it will result in an unlimited sprint even when all your stamina is out, and if I'm not mistaken, you can even let go of all the buttons and you'll keep running automatically unless you try to go uphill. Worked for me anyway.
With a spell in the other hand you don't need to mash LB or hold it down, all you need to to is tap it once when you start sprinting and your guy will sprint forever. Also, you don't need to start sprinting right when you put the spell/weapon away.

@RainMeizer69 You can obtain the sword from enemies in random dungeions also if you do the mages guild quest you will run into enemies with the weapon.
@RainMeizer69 Drainheart swords can be found in abundance in the labyrinth and it has a drain stamina enchantment. You can also get an axe and bow that has the ghost-like affect too. You can also get a sword that looks exactly the same called the Ghostblade at the end of Ansilvund Excavation, but the ghostblade has an enchantment that deals 3 extra damage which ignores armor. But both are not that powerful, they just look pretty cool and weigh very little.
