"the Maple Leaf Forever" is just as much a part of the Leafs (played before EVERY home opener) as it is an unofficial Canadian anthem. If I could find this same version without "Alberta Bound" in the middle of it, I would've used it. The other versions of this song were too slow/boring. And yes, the Leafs would be the Oilers if you took away 7 cups LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!1111

The recording played is of the 48th Highlnders of Canada. They play for the opening ceromonies of the first Leafs game of every season. They are also one of the oldest Canadian regiments and subsequentially faught at the battle of Vimy ridge as did Con Smythe who founded the Maple Leafs.
