Tex was a christian at this point already and I heard Tex was the one who stabbed Shea while Beausolei held him down. Tex never mentions this murder (other than Tate-Labianca ones) at his parole, instead he chooses to use religion as a get out of jail free card instead of helping the victims family get closure on there loved ones. As a Christian how could he sleep knowing Shea was in the ground , his family not knowing what happened to him?

Clem told the authorities were Shorty's body was to help him gain early release. The story about being decapitated & cut up was told in case anyone else decided to talk as Shorty was suspected of doing.

Well only a couple of people were involved in Shea's murder. Clem told the girls that he chopped Shea up into nine pieces and that became the story. The girls only repeated what they'd been told by him.
