They have actually given out dissidia to other asian contries, but with japanese speech and text of course. I suppose why they wanna take this "chance" is beacuse there are alot of more adult gamers in the asian contries, while there are small kids in europe who wants the game on their mother tongue. But still , take Thailand for example, someone from Thailand couldn't possibly understand japanese right? I haven't gone any deep i the languages but that's how I take it :P

I'm from America, so I don't really know how it works, but why can't you just buy the US version and play it? Do they not sell it? Does it not work on the system? Or is there a language barrier? You seem to speak English perfectly fine. EU games work on my PSP, as do JP, but I hear other systems are less forgiving with different regions, though I've never tried it myself. You should at least be able to play Dissidia though, even if you have to buy from the internet.
