For beginners because it's a short form using movements from the long form which is 108 movements ... And yes she she does it perfectly. A good example to work this form.
This is a "standardized" Yang style form developed by Master Li Deyin (Taijiquan National Team of Beijing). -- maybe not like yours and not like some of my teachers but , for all practical purposes, perfectly done and absolutely legitimate.
QUESTION: IF TAI CHI IS ABOUT YIN AND YANG (I KNOW IT IS), THEN WHY IS THE FORM THE SAME FOR MEN OR WOMEN???

The form is not "perfect". It is good. There is excessive dragging of the foot. Her knees are constantly overshooting her foot.
