I know that you posted this about 10 months ago, but I had to ask one question. Did you call ahead and ask to upgrade or did you ask to upgrade when you got to the resort? Heading there in June with my fiancee. Glad you guys had a good time. Room looks great!

Going there for my honeymoon in a little over 2 weeks. We already have a rooftop terrace room, but I'm going to ask for a better room and maybe we'll get upgraded as well.

How did you get them to up grade you for No Charge??? My husband and I are traveling there next week and would love to be upgraded!!!

@ILoveSnoopy100 All we did was ask!!! We just mentioned we wanted something high and with a good view! It never hurts to ask :) I am sure it would depend on availability...

@briankeithredmond It is one of, if not the best. I don't know if you would want to pay the extra for the excellence club room, but if you have the money then go for it. The full bar as opposed to just the mini fridge is freaking awesome. The room was amazing, the view was amazing, the resort was amazing. I would recommend this place to any and everybody who can go. Words can't describe it.
