I have only read Weaveworld and the Thief of Always. He is such a creative guy, and his fantasy epics are huge. Do you think Imajica or Great and Secret Show owuld be good reads in the future?

I cannot strongly enough recommend Imajica (specifically) and the Great and Secret Show... I think that you will love them, they're certainly my two favorites in his series. I'd certainly attach Coldheart Canyon to my list as well... :) Enjoy!

Oh my goodness, I can but echo jonathankui's sentiments; Imajica is Barker's magnum opus, a metaphysical epic the like of which I have yet to come across an equal to. The Great and Secret Show is similarly wonderful, though very, very different in terms of its tone, intentions and conclusions (if such a definite term can be applied to such a work). Go ye forth and read!

Its going to delve into the Cenobites role in hell and show Pinhead's and rank in it. Plus were have Harry D vs Pinhead. Where can you go wrong?

I love the way clive suggest's you mix Pinhead with chinese mythology. That would be friggin awesome. I've been a fan ever since i watched HELLRAISER for the first time.... Now i have all his book's. And all the movies. Sadly the movies never do the book's justice. My fave book is SACRAMENT.... You are so lucky to have met him. Im sooo jealous.

I'd recommend starting with The Great and Secret Show or Weaveworld... Then, if you're in the mood for an epic, I'd try his greatest work, Imajica. And then for something different, I'd finish off with Coldheart Canyon... :) Good luck!

Absolutely Awesome. I really wanted to go to this. The last time I met Clive was for the Galilee tour. How many people showed for this?

I'll never forget back in 1997 in Atlanta Georgia at Dragon Con being around him for hours each day for the 50 or so fan club members talking art and books. The best writer ever to exist.
