i'm so confused i accepted Jesus I pray for every sin ive done & try to not repete them i suffer from extreme panic disorder wich i became dependant to opiates and xanax w/o them im disfunctional for months til i take a xanax ive prayed for reliefe my pastor said i may need meds it may be chemical but when im ok i feel saved&know God loves me shortcomings & all when im in depression im petrified AND HAVE ALMOST GIVEN UP FAITH FOR RELIEFE i pray for 100% faith & Jesus remembers me judgement day

well I have a question, ( I am Beliver, I sutided the bible since I was 8 years old, now I am 35, and I sillt beliving in the God´s Word) but the question is: Why does the heavenly Father ot the humanity or the devil need the sacrifice of Jesus? I know he was the passover of the old testament I know he was the sacrifice, the representation of the lamb, and he represented me in the cross, but why ? what was the spiritula law thi do this? why a human sacrifice ? I need a Biblical answer

@jrodiles10 Think of it this way, in Hebrews 9:22 it says that without the shedding of blood there is no remission/forgiveness of sins. Now in the old testament they sacrificed lambs in order for them to be forgiven but it could never cover them completely; so they had to constantly give sacrifices. Now, sin has been committed by man and only man can Attonne for that sin, but the delima has always been that because we are fallen we can't live up to Gods righteous requirements.

@jrodiles10 so that is why Jesus had to come down and live the perfect life so that he can be the sacrifice worthy of of Gods requirements for the sins of the human race. The animals were not enough and even if we sinned even once we would not be clean enough to stand in someone elses place. It could only be Jesus, the one who is fully God and fully, that could make us justified before a pure and holy God.
