Some of you don't seem to see that Pug is trying to help Ray out by giving him some friendship and support.

Definitely do what you can to convince the guy to slow down. Drinking over a case in a day, shit man, his liver's only gonna last so long... Talk a bit of sense into him if you can pug, but if he's drinking like that his body is going to need it hard. If he stopped drinking for a few days the poor guy would probably die, or at least think he was going to die he'd feel like such shit. :(

You need to think about your liability issues with having Ray in your workplace. If he falls and cracks his head open while in your "care" your liability insurance is not likely to cover you for that. If something bad happens you can kiss your house goodbye as his family will likely try to sue you for taking advantage of their drunk/disturbed family member. Even if he has signed a waiver it is null and void if it can be proved it was signed while he was not in control of his faculties.
