Thanks for the video. I got a good laugh with this. Every single word he said was completely made up or downright wrong. Except of course "He could not express himself correctly." That has always been true of bush. Sad that we did not hit him between the eyes with a long range missile right at the end of the speech. That would have have been both easily possible and downright hilarious.
