  • Your dog's treats look better than the treats I make for myself! Lol! I love baking- it's a new love of mine, I'm so excited to get my huskies so I can make them some treats too ;) Very cool!

  • 

  • Can bunnies eat these treats?

  • @IvySparkleclaw I have no idea I don't have any bunnies heheh

  • I LOVE making homade dog treats for my two huskies! I always make peanut butter birthday cakes for their b-days. And by the way, a thin layer of peanut butter is great for frosting! Yogurt works good too.

  • @mjandbalto Both wonderful ideas!

  • so cute! look at their eyes starting at 2:36

  • @Thepropianist hehehe

  • Your babies are gorgeous! I Love to bake... and my new baby has been with us under a year. He is a boxer and Sharpe mix and is such a lover! For the Christmas cookie recipe, can you substitute with PUMPKIN instead of apple sauce? I thought it would probably work, but not 100% positive. Also what can you use for icing instead of carob? Please let me know of any other recipes you may know!! Thanks :) Karly

  • @creativekarly531 I am sure you could! They are about the same density. I think it would work perfect. And instead of Carob, you can also use White chocolate (there is no coco in it), but don't use a lot of it, because it does have sugar, or if you can find it, use Yogurt Chips! There is a button on this video that takes you to a playlist of more of our treat videos!

  • Please could you tell me how you melted your Carob- Is it easy ? I have been told it can go lumpy and grainy ? Ho could i avoid this happening Many thanks

  • @kezbritten You have to do it on a very very low heat. Its a pain in the butt!

  • 0:39 wallpaper

  • But.. chocolate is not healthy for dogs...

  • @buscobanda pay attention!its not chocolate its carob T.T which is safe for dogs

  • @yennaismuzikluver Sorry!! What a cool vid!

  • @buscobanda It amazes me how many people don't pay attention to the videos. . . I know I know. . the Dogs can be very distracting!

  • @GoneToTheSnowDogs Hahaha it's true...

  • @buscobanda its not necessarily bad for dogs, it has a chemical that is harmful in large quantities, my dog used to nibble chocolate some times

  • @buscobanda I know it's a moot point, but I'm gonna say it anyway...even though it looks like it, there is no real chocolate in those cookies (not even the "icing")

  • omg...your dog treats look so amazing / wanna eat them!! xD <33

  • @gonetothesnowdogs Thanks :)

  • I love making treats for my dog!!! I just have one question @gonetothesnowdogs where do you get carob chips from???

  • @iluvcoco17 Our local Health Food Store had them!

  • Hahahah his head at 1:05

  • @Yannicy hehe

  • @ZYVZX They mean the world to us!

  • haha those look good....is it eatable for people?

  • sad to say chocolate is not good for dogs it can kill them ask any vet but i dont think a lil bit will kill them

  • @djspinningblades Seriously? Did you watch the video, did you read the description? The first annotation says ITS NOT CHOCOLATE!! It's Carob.

  • I didnt' ask you if Carob is Chocolate... Sorry you got me confussed with another comment..

  • @alaskanmal63 I sure did! Sorry!

  • Hello, I've been watching most of your videos, I have to say those two are very intelligent dogs and they beautiful. The thing is I have always wanted a dog and I'm torn between a Siberian and a German Sheperd. I do plan on getting a second dog about 2 years down the line after my first one has grown a bit, can you suggest which breed I get first, or if they would be capable of living together?

Both very intelligent and very loyal dogs.

    Keep the videos coming.

  • bet they get sick off the chocolate..

  • @DominoBitchez Did you watch the video? Did you listen to what I was saying? Did you read the ingredients?? ITS NOT CHOCOLATE!!! Chocolate is NOT good for dogs!

  • @GoneToTheSnowDogs yes i did read the ingredients and didnt see anything thing that had any type of chips there , i watched the video twice and heared you call it chocolate and im not a dumbshit im 14 adn was born with dogs, aprox 6-7dogs at home my whole life! my family has atleast 2-4 jobs each dog related ( on of thoose jobs happens to be a program train dogs for the disabled!! dont talk to me like i know nothing about dogs!!!

  • @DominoBitchez at 2:34 seconds in, I say they are carob chips. "Tip: Make these valentine dog treats something really special by drizzling with carob. Melt carob chips in the microwave or double boiler and drizzle over treats." I never said you didn't know anything about dogs. Just pointing out that this is stated in the video. AND the beginning annotation says its Carob, not chocolate.

  • @DominoBitchez lol if u look carefully at 0:28 u can see vegan CAROB chips....she accidently called it chocolate since it looks like chocolate but i think she knows better than you what she is feeding her dogs...

  • @yennaismuzikluver 0:27-0;28 i mean

  • @DominoBitchez ITS NOT CHOCOLATE!

  • @HeatherPixie1987 she already said that im not a fucking dumbshit so you dont have to go off and tell me again

  • @DominoBitchez Calm down. . she didn't say you were dumb either. The information was in the video though. Calm down. . I would never give my dogs chocolate.

  • @HeatherPixie1987 Thanks! hehe

  • those look good enough for humans too eat !

  • @SpringMist1 They smell awesome!

  • Is it actual chocolate on the cookies?

  • @2010superpeaceluver You do know that Chocolate is BAD for dogs right? Would you really assume that I put Chocolate on the cookies? Here this is from the description "Tip: Make these valentine dog treats something really special by drizzling with carob. Melt carob chips in the microwave or double boiler and drizzle over treats."

  • so cute

  • @1102nm Thanks!

  • How Special, Your dogs are special and this is truely a treat:)

  • mmmmmmm...... yummy! nom.nom.....

  • @LAWRklmENCE They loved them!

  • What exactly is carob?

  • @Lovelylady42582 long pod containing small beans and sweetish edible pulp; used as animal feed and source of a chocolate substitute

  • Wonderful Valentines cookies for Shiloh and Shelby !!!!

  • @bibimarlou They thought they were nummy!

  • @Caninefan999 You just have to limit the treats, and make sure the dog gets lots of exercise.

  • i love your voice xD your dogs look so healthy and happy :3

  • @tomatodango Well thank you!

  • Could you please show me Valentines Day reciepe. It was not visable to read.

  • @kingfish197 It is in the description of the video. Watch it on Youtube, and check the underbar

  • whats carrob?

  • @nukesvids A non chocolate alternative to Chocolate. hehe

  • wait? dogs cant eat chocolate!

  • @cupcakes5671 Its a good thing this isn't chcolate.

  • @GoneToTheSnowDogs lol! their is chocolate for dogs that are not chocolate where do you get those stuff i never seen them before in stores lol!

  • @cupcakes5671 Natural food stores usually carry it. And Health food stores.

  • Could you just buy a whole bunch of carob chips and crush them up really finely to make carob powder? Or are they a little different?

  • @wildwind1295 It is entirely different. Carob Chips are like chocolate chips. It would be like trying to turn Chocolate Chips into Cocoa powder.

  • cute dogs!!!(:

  • @VanityTripp Thanks! We try to do videos of them every week.

  • Happy very belated valentines day lol, I can tell your dogs love cooking, and keep them out of reach of Shiloh XD

  • love this video, carob is like a substitiute for chocolate right? I know you aren't supposed to give dogs chocolate, grapes, or onions (there is more but those are the ones on the top of my head. Those looked fun to make, check out our video called "Woofy Dog Treats" its a simple recipe and there isn't a dog that I have met that doesn't like them. If you want to try making them the better directoins are in the description box.

  • @GiggleGirls101 what are the other stuff your not suppose to feed your dog i want to know so i dont feed it to my dog

  • @cupcakes5671 um, macadamia nuts, chocolate, onions, grapes, raisins, umm. thats about all I remember.

  • oh that's not chocolate that's carob

    good information thx :D

  • Yup Yup!

  • I thought you are not supposed to give dog chocolate?!

  • Did you watch the whole video? Did you read the description of the video?

  • OMG your dogs are so cute.

  • Aww, well thank you so much!

  • it is actually

  • It is. You should never ever give a dog chocolate.

  • I heard chocolate is poisonous to dogs

  • Yes, it is.

  • your dogs are lucky!

  • Yeah. . . We have always called Shiloh our Lucky Dog!

  • I love the look on Shelby's face at 1:35! Thanks for the recipe! I love to bake, and I can't wait to try this out. Omar will be so suprised to find out that I actually baked something sweet for him to eat!

  • My dogs adorded these treats!

  • Have you ever tried putting the spray cheese on their food? We found some in the dog isle and were like what? We had to get it and the dogs loved it of course. It was hard though not to confuse the dog cheese with our cheese. I know cheese can be bad for them but once my chihuahua got some and had horrible gas. It was not a fun couple of days.

  • Hehehe. We have done the Spray Cheese in the Kong toys before! They LOVE IT!! But its a very special treat for them.

  • Ahh, so it's not Chocolate. What is carob? I'm not really familiar with the stuff.

  • Do a google search. It's actually very interesting. . I think it takes horrible, but some people like it.

  • Carob - long pod containing small beans and sweetish edible pulp; used as animal feed and source of a chocolate substitute

  • Yaaaaaaay! Awesome job you guys! Num Num!

  • They loved these cookies!

  • these are the most spoiled Sibes on the internet : )

  • Yeah. . i think I am giong to have to agree with you on that one. . . . hehehehe

  • at 1.39 shelby was sooo cute!1

  • She is so patient when she wants to be!

  • No not completely poisonous but If they have too much it can cause troubles. If you looked at the recipe and/or listened she said carob chips were melted. Its doggy chocolate, which Is also why the cookies are darker colored.

  • Exactly. It's not a good idea to feed it to them, but it takes a certain amount to make them react or get sick. But as you said, I didn't use Chocolate. (Who in their right mind would!) I used the Carob. :)

  • how lucky them huskies are to have 2 respectful and loving owners..

  • Well thank you kindly!

  • yum! I wouldn't mind trying them myself. Isn't chocolate poisonous to dogs?

  • Dogs should never eat chocolate. It can cause them to go into what relates to diabetic shock. Never give a dog chocolate!

  • I know but it looked like you used chocolate in the video, unless it's something else.

  • The recipie is in the sidebar, and I even say what I am using in the video.

  • I had to google Carob - I've never heard of it but your dogs seem to enjoy it yum yum

  • Yeah they absolutely love it!

  • My dog ate a whole snickers bar once we were so worried. I honestly don't know how she survived.

  • It goes by their weight. Shiloh ate half a bag of hershey kisses once. We called the vet and he said just to keep a close eye on her. He said if she ate more then a pound, we would have to take her to the vet. She puked twice and then was fine.

  • Carob - long pod containing small beans and sweetish edible pulp; used as animal feed and source of a chocolate substitute

  • im sure that when you said "chocolat" you actually meant some thing else right? cuz im pretty sure dogs shouldent have chocolate my rexy ate some one time but by accident of course

  • Read the description in the sidebar, and then listen to what I say in the video. :)

  • Carob - long pod containing small beans and sweetish edible pulp; used as animal feed and source of a chocolate substitute

  • i wna steal ur dogs..

  • No way! :P

  • Shiloh & Shelby were waiting for their cookies so patiently!!! : ) The cookies look so nice with the drizzled carob! ♥ Happy Valentine's Day ♥

  • Happy Valentine's Day!!!!

  • This is the best video I had to watch it twice!! OMG your furbabies are precious!!

  • Well thank you so much! And thanks for subscribing!

  • Great video! I'm definately going to make these!!

  • My dogs LOVE them!

  • aww this is so sweet. I wish I had seen this earlier because we went grocery shopping this morning lol <3 Happy Valentines day though :)

  • You shop at Glens dont you?

  • Nope, we don't have one near us anymore.

  • can bunnies eat those??

  • I really don't see why not. But I don't know much about bunnies, so maybe ask the vet? The ingredients are in the sidebar.

  • Looks so nummy!! LOL! Where do you get the carob powder? I can never find carob anywhere!!

  • A Natural Foods store. We have a local one here that carries it. You can order online too.
