  • I suggest people to watch Muhamad Ali made in Miami; Ali was a big wrestling fan, and his favorite wrestler was Gorgeous George, and that is where Ali got "Im the Greatest".

  • Blassie is great.

  • One of my favorite athletes of ALL TIME! Great entertainer and of course "The Greatest Boxer of ALL time"!

  • This made my day!!

  • One of the earliest signs of Muhammad Ali slowing down.

  • blassie has great comic timing. if you dnt beleive me watch "my breakfast with blassie" with him and andy kaufman. hilarious

  • Jack Johnson, Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano and Muhammad Ali................The Greatest.

  • Ali and Blassie should have had their own tv show....what a fabulous duo!!

Add Robert Mitchum to the equation and you've got a three-way tie for the title of Alpha Male of the 20th Century!!

  • This is great. Ali and Blassie

  • Blassie, "where the pencil necks end that's where I begin" classic Freddie. When Ali fought (?) Inoki, Inoki really messed up Ali's legs. Inoki focused on kicking Ali's legs throughout the match. According to Ali's trainer, Angelo Dundee claimed that because of the injuries Ali suffered that his movement was never the same.

  • haha Ali has to turn away from 4:50 because he's laughing so hard and blowing his "tough guy" act!

  • ali and blassie what a brilliant money making team just awesome you dont see stuff like this anymore

  • we the two prettiest men in the world hahaha lol

  • this is brilliant

  • WOW!THIS BRINGS BACK MEMORIES .GOD BLESS FREDDY.

  • there is no audio

  • This is awesome! I love how Ali is laughing facing the other way after Hello Larry says Hokey Pinokie! LMFAO!!! Ali and Blassie make a great team!

  • Fantastic! How great was Freddie Blassie.

  • @bangitslo..My brother and I use to go to all the matches at the Boston Garden back in the glory days..too much fun..

  • You don't realize how big these wrestlers are until you can compare them. Look how wide Blassie is. He dwarfs Ali. By the way. My Father and Younger Brother were crazy about wrestling back then. I was a boxing fan. We used to argue whether wrestling was real or not. Damn I miss those Days.

  • thank you so much for posting this! NEVER ever saw this before! HA! "Freddie Blassie wrote the book on dirt!!" gotta love the Champ!

  • is that the guy from MASH ?

  • 3:25 hello mr. microphone

Too bad they didn't do Ali-Sammartino like they mentioned here. Would have been better

  • LOL, both together are epic :)

  • Two legends of all time. Classy Freddie Blassie and The Greatest of All Time

  • This is "Vintage!" . Lovin this vidieo...

  • Muhammed was laughing too hard :D

  • thanks for sharing this:)

  • Ali had no idea what he was getting into.

  • Look at Ali trying to hold back his laughter!

  • My apologies to all, my comments were in poor taste . On top of that I did a dis-service to one of the Greatest athletes of all times. Must have been a bad day for me. I was wrong.

  • @bad1y2k realizing and admitting your mistakes makes you a bigger and better person. now i have respect for you

  • Blassie sure was a fast talker, wasn't he?

  • Breakin' kayfabe in the '70s??? Outrageous champ!

  • I love how Ali turns his head and just can't stop laughing..that's frickin' hilarious and that's what Classy Freddie Blassie was...hilarious...lol!!!!

  • @classicNHLfights I know, I liked that too. He & Blassie got along well behind the scenes also, didn't they?

  • Ali the biggest sports figure of all time

  • It wasnt a fraud, it was just levity. Something called Balance.

  • Muhammad Ali..... You peckerwoods are mad because he beat all your great white hopes. I guess you would have felt better if his dad had gotten him in the Natl guard and he had gone awol. ROFLMBAO

  • @bad1y2k Fuck you nigger! We still run the show!

  • @bad1y2k allow me to enlighten you. Muhammed Ali was actually part Irish, so he is part peckerwood, to use your term. His great grandfather was an Irishman named Abe Grady that moved to kentucky in the 1860s.

google Muhammad Ali visits Ireland and educate yourself.

  • @bad1y2k I gave NAYellowjackets the thumbs down as I do not ascribe to racial slurs but I'm afraid that You actually opened the racilal door here. Everyone on the film clip here are excellent professional Americans in their chosen crafts and I have a true respect for them all regardless of race. Ali certainly whipped many white fighters but he also whipped many good black fighters too. I'm sorry that the race issue had to even be brought into this.

  • LOL@"I think I saw some glue"

  • That's the truth. Also, the Ali-Inoki farce was one of the biggest frauds in "sports" history.

  • The greatest team of all times!!!

  • 2 of the greatest

  • I like Johnny, but McLean Stevenson was probably a better choice for this interview, because Johnny would have tried to be the biggest star.

McLean let Classy Freddie do what he did best, talk.

  • YOUTUBE is great. You are subject to find ANYTHING here. This I have never seen.

  • Classic! Thanks.

  • 5 stars!

  • Cool. Never saw this interview before.

  • Inoki vs. ali is probably one of the worst Boxing/wrestling/whatever matches of all time.

Two great atheletes but HORRIBLE match!

  • the rules were ridiculously limited though

  • I dont care what the rules were, it was TERRIBLE!

The rule should have been to never be allowed to do the match!! LOL!!

  • good ole days

  • Bring on Blassie!
