I never liked chicken pot pie from the time I was a kid right up until the last season of Top chef. I made that chicken pot pie that Carla made for Jimmy Fallon. It won the challenge. Just remember even organic food has calories and can make you gain weight. My grandmother is five foot and ninety pounds, and eats what people would consider "crap" these days ( non organic, non gourmet, not from the health food store, and plenty of meat) and she will be eighty in three months! her secret is that she will eat only half her meals. For example she only eats half a doughnut and not the whole thing, or half a burger.
