I don't get the hate in this video. Thomas Lang introduced flam double bass patterns (R+L,R,R+L,L,,L+R,R,R+L, and so on...) in Creative Control and Tim Waterson applied them with blast beats. Flam double bass IMO is really tough for 180 BPM onwards!
