  • HOW MUCH DID THE SURGERY COST???

  • @najla842: $7500 in Mexico.

  • Your beautiful girl!

  • I don´t know you, but girl, I am so, so happy for you

  • I am a binge eater. This was very helpful! I think Tricare may pay for this. My BMI is 36. :(

  • congrats hun must feel so good and free .

  • Congratulations, to you and everyone else you has made the commitment to choose this lifestyle change. I have been struggling with weight since I was a teenager. I have failed myself on every diet that I have attempted. At the end of August of 2011 I entered into a bariatric weight management program that resulted in my having Gastric Bypass. Through my pre-op weight management clinic, I lost 26lbs. in 3 months. Post Op from the 31st of Oct. 2011 I've lost another 55lbs. and going strong.

  • Yay i found you again !! hash Please sub my new channel ! =) x

  • CONGRATS ON YOUR WEIGHTLOSS!!!!! btw you have a pretty smile :)

  • wow good for you. ive lost 20 in 45 days through diet but i dont blame you for doing the surgery. If i could afford it I would do it to

  • gastric bypass is entirely unnecessary.

with will power you can diet and exercise the weight away just as fast, if not faster.

  • @aguaditoo My dr did it 5 yrs ago and he has kept weight off and is healthy. but he followed dr's orders to a T

  • @aguaditoo i applaud the 5% who can lose weight through will power and keep it off. unfortunately i'm the other 95% that gains it back, and needs surgical intervention. it's not healthy to gain and lose over and over again

  • very preety girl with and wothout the weight but i know u feel beautiful as you are, uyou go girl, thanks for sharing,I know its hard Im just beging,Im 5'9 252 my ideal weight is 145lbs,and I know I can do it with all of the inspiration vids on youtube, thanks again beautiful.

  • @yiffanywolf My gf is doing well with products form prosum 41 programme. I looked it up online and its legit, you can find anything but people saying good things about it, it has been 3 weeks and I am getting excited lol!!!

  • You have nice teeth. What did you use on them to make them so white. I tried Crest but not that kind of results. Oh, congrats on the weightloss.

  • you look great well done

  • was it from Oolong tea? this came up as a related video in my search for this tea for weightloss.

  • @mamatude33 Don't be stupid! Weight loss depends only on your EATING there are no some silly tea or powder that will magically cut your fat. You gian more calories than you burn - then you gain weight, you eat less than you burn during the day then you lose weight its that simple so stop eating surplus of callories!

  • @Exmerch Um, stupid? Was that really necessary? I was asking a simple question about what she attributed it to. And no my weight gain isnt about eating a 'surplus of calories', my metabolism is slow, I actually eat very little. My solution is that I need to MOVE and burn fat. I simply thought that the tea along with that renewed effort, would support my success. Don't swat flies with a sledge hammer.

  • @mamatude33 You are stupid?

If your metabolism is SLOW means that you need less callories than people with fast metabolism and if you gian weight obviously means that you eat SURPLUS of callories for your metabolism. And yes usually slobs and other inactive people has that very slow metabolism, so naturally you have to eat less and be more active and yes there are no some magic tea or magic spoon to help you...

  • @Exmerch Wow. You've got some issues. I remind you to be careful of how you speak to others while hiding behind the anonymity of your screen name (that and put your writings through spell check before hitting 'Post'). You never know what health status someone is in, what if I was an amputee in recovery and that was the reason for my inactivity, what if I was a cancer survivor rebuilding my health and browsing alternative assisting solutions. Calm down and ponder that.

  • @mamatude33 First of all check your post how you speak to others and how you responded to me in your first post, secondly i just wanted you to stop being naive about teas and other scam fake supplements that mysteriously help to lose your weight. There are NONE, 90 % depends on what and how much you eat, the rest is your activeness, if you will not eat surplus of calories, you will not gain any weight... And unlike you i speak two languages and english is my second therefore the spelling.

  • @Exmerch I responded to your initial nasty response to a simple question I put out there about the video. Calling me 'stupid', asking you if it was really necessary, then reminding you to not 'swat flies with a sledgehammer' was hardly offensive, and if it was to you, then you confirm my 2nd response which is that you've got issues. Seriously - for 1 user to ask a question about tea? Wow.

  • You look wonderful! I can believe that you feel great too. I feel inspired!

  • Good job :) What happened to your excess skin?

  • your man is a lucky man. he got to experience two people; you're old you and your new you.

not that you weren't cute back then btw

    congrats

  • amazing job, you look so healthy & happy!

  • U have nice eyes

  • Wonderful! Keep it up; you're awesome!

  • u steel r fat

  • @wa8a2 fuck you

  • @OneDesiredStar when?:))

  • @wa8a2 it's a process. She loses more weight after this

  • @potentperson ok ...succes!

  • tot o animala :-j:))

  • GRATS AND AEROSMITH RULES!!

  • I did it without surgery its called control! You control what you eat and you EXERCISE!!!! SO easy and cheap too!

  • good job but that music is horrific

  • @sweetgyy Are you kidding? Aerosmith are awesome!

  • Try green tea! Maybe the best stuff for weight loss. Check "Green Tea Weight Loss"

  • I learned today that my insurance will cover having bariatric surgery. I'm excited but scared. Thanks for this video. I can't wait for food to stop being my best friend and my demon. :)

  • Best of wishes for you on this journey.

  • Hi! I need an advice: How can I get this amazing weight-loss change? Is is just matter of what and how much you eat?

  • good job girl...my problem? i weigh 300 but sometimes i forget to eat all day long. but when i do... i eat the wrong things and can have a total days worth of food in one sittng.

  • Wow those last two photos I wouldn't have even known they were the same person. Your looking great, well done and I hope your enjoying your new shape. x

  • you look much younger after weight lose. Congrats!

  • so you have noticed a difference since your surgery?

  • Awesome :) My surgery date is 09/21/2011, and I am so excited! I am 275 at the moment! I cannot wait to begin!

  • The procedure can be used safely by smokers, and smoking is not known to cause any interference with it. There is also no known risk or interference with the procedure from drinking alcohol. However, since alcohol causes dehydration, and the formula is already highly water-absorbent, it is crucial to drink plenty of extra non-alcoholic fluids to stay properly hydrated.

  • Fantabulous, U look so good mashaAllah... God Bless you

  • Jesus & OMG, you look like 20 years younger, or 20 years older in the fat pics. How does having g/b change your brain? Please expain how now you changed your habits? You are still the same person, no matter how you look, and our brains are wired a certain way. Does something click once you have the surgery, or did it take time. A drug addict can go to rehab, but people need to eat to live. So how do you rectify this in your brain, that food is no longer your addiction? Do you drink more now? :)

  • REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO HAVE PEOPLE HUMILIATE YOU...OR STARE AT YOU WHEN YOU ARE EATING. I BET YOU DID NOT LIKE IT...AND NOW YOU HAVE JOINED THE NATIONAL PASTIME OF FAT PEOPLE BASHING. BEFORE LONG I GUESS WE ALL CAN LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING ARRESTED FOR EATING CANDY, COOKIES OR DRINKING A NON DIET COKE.......SINCE WE NOW LIVE IN A COUNTRY WHERE OUR CHOICES ARE POLICED AND WE ARE NO LONGER FREE.

WHEN DO YOU GET OLD ENOUGH TO EAT WHAT THE HELL U WANT WHEN U ARE A WOMAN?

  • ALSO.....SOME PEOPLE CAN NOT GET BARIATRIC SURGERY DUE TO OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT WOULD MAKE THE SURGERY TOO RISKY FOR THEM. YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT BEFORE JUDGING THE "WOMAN ON THE PLANE". ALSO ALOT OF HEALTH INS. COMPANIES AND STATE HEALTH INS FOR POOR PEOPLE WILL NOT PAY FOR BARIATRIC SURGERY. YOU NEED TO REMEMBER WHEN YOU WERE FAT...DID YOU LIKE STRANGERS SCRUTINIZING EVERY BITE YOU TAKE OR WHAT YOU WERE EATING ? PEOPLE GIVING YOU THE "WOW, SHE IS FAT....CALL JENNY....LOOK ?'

  • I AM GLAD YOU GOT THE SURGERY.....AND ARE ON YOUR JOURNEY....

BUT BEING JUDGMENTAL OF OTHER OBESE PEOPLE....LIKE THE "HEAVY WOMAN ON THE PLANE"....IS NOT A GOOD SIDE EFFECT OF YOUR SURGERY.

NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE FAT FROM OVER-EATING.....SOME....HAVE DISEASES THAT MAKE THEM OBESE, AND DIETING AND EVEN BARIATRIC SURGERY WILL NOT CURE THEM.

THESE DISEASES ARE: CHRONE'S DISEASE, STEIN LEVENTHAL, AND OTHER SEVERE DISEASES OF THE ENDOCRINE SYSTEM.

DR.ATKINS CHRONICLED THIS TYPE OBESITY IN LAST BOOK.

  • im fat, wish i wasnt, i eat junk, love chocolate so much, wish the crap had never been invented, dream of being 70 kilos again...whats that in pounds? Anyway, you look amazing, id love to have that OP but cant afford the 20g it cost.

  • I think it's hysterical that overweight people who have no "desire" for WLS actually waste their time trolling vlogs and making negative comments about people who've made the tough choice of having surgery after years and sometimes decades of struggling with their weight. Why bother???

    You look great, Kellawanda!

  • @pebbles4388 And what struggle is that? The struggle between eating a cheeseburger or an apple? Yea, such a fucking struggle they have. OMG it's so hard not to eat it! Fucking tools. All you fat surgery fucks are lazy pigs, you'll be fat again don't you worry. You didn't change who YOU are, you just had surgery. Your brain is still covered in saturated fat you lazy pigs.

Fat people who say they struggle with their weight. I'm sure they all tried so hard to eat right... right? :/

  • @ACLogikel You think that attacking overweight people and calling them names is conducive to making them change their way of thinking?

    It doesn't.

You think LAZINESS is why folks choose the cheeseburger over the apple? Laziness? That doesn't even make sense. Reflect on this a bit more, my friend. It's NOT that simple.

  • @ACLogikel

You said: "You didn't change who YOU are, you just had surgery. "

Didn't I say: "If someone says "I have to have it," this suggests a problem that is far more serious. Whatever problem that is needs to be focused on"?

I believe that getting fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change, not a short-term solution. As with ANY drastic "solution" to weight loss, be it food elimination or surgery,if one doesn't heal from within (or "change who you are") you WILL gain all the weight back.

  • Hey, well done you. I wish more people would wake up and realise the health risks of being fat, physically and mentally. Well done!! I bet you have inspired people to follow in your footsteps :) you look so much better now xxx

  • what kind of surgery did you have to lose weight ???

  • I think u took the easy way out...some people do neeed this surgery is just to hard ...i start my diet today i need surgery so im taking phertemine pills i weight 174 my heifht is 4 11 i do have a baby so im trying to go at least 135 or how i was before wich is 145

  • Hey Everyone!,

Well (in a matter of 46 days) after losing 70 pounds

right before my wedding I feel so much healthier.

If interested on how and what I used to accomplish

this check out the link in my profile.

  • FANTASTICO!!! LUEGO DE 3 MESES, HAS QUEDADO CON UN HERMOSO SALVAVIDAS.

  • Question ? Was surgery the only way you felt you could begin to lose weight ? I'v never been as heavy as you but I have been 14stone which was heavy for me and iv lost weight through exercise and healthly eating but also accepting im never going to be a size 8(UK) you were roughly 17 stone which i think is very light to have surgery in my opinon i would expect someone whos nearly 25 stone + to have surgery.

  • gastric bypass=the easy route for people who cant say no to mcdonalds

  • @LarsTallica This is not a easy way out, you may need to learn more about this before saying this.

  • @LarsTallica You = ignorant for not knowing what you are talking about :) Have a nice day! Do some research. Deff not the easy way out!

  • @hydamyster so it's just impossible for anyone to lose weight?proper diet and excercise just doesn't work anymore? so there is no other alternative in weight loss?Help me understand.no one is born big.we choose what we eat and the intake of calories and the amount of excersize and how active we are and how we perceive our bodies and wanting to work to maintain a healthy physique?

  • @LarsTallica When a person gets to a certain point with their weight, it is more than unrealistic to be able to get the weight off with diet and excercise alone. Obviously you cannot see that or you wouldn't be acting like a complete idiot. Willpower is not the only reason people get fat you know. Losing family members, losing friends, people bullying you (much like you are being rude right now)... these are also factors. My dad died when I was 9. Food became my best friend. And another thing...

  • @LarsTallica Speaking from experience, I didnt' realize what was happeneing to my body until recently when I was weighed. Shit happens in life and sometimes the effects don't show up right away. Are you that much of a rude, ignorant, and inconsiderate person that you cannot think of these things??

  • You are an inspiration ! Your bravery going into the surgery, and your will to share your story to help others is admirable !! Keep up the great work!

  • Comment removed

  • Fat and chubby girls never get my attention. no feeling is emerged when I look at them. But the skinny ones are opposite. I can't help but adore them. I can't get my mind or eyes off them. I suppose as much as young tall handsome guys rock the girls world, skinny girls rock mine (if not more).

  • @parsizaban that was a completely unnecessary comment?

  • @NiamhCahill95 It might encourage a few fat women to loose weight.

  • @parsizaban wow you're a jerk!! has it ever accured to you that being heavy can be genetic and that some woman prefer curves than being a stick thin size zero!

  • @NiamhCahill95 genetic or not (actually not) this is how all men feel. I think you misunderstood me. Nothing wrong with fat women. Many of the women I know and respect are fat. They're just not physically attractive. Doesn't make them less of a human. Men just don't fall for them. This is not my fault. It is nature. Perhaps nature doesn't see them fit to be mothers therefore it makes them unattractive to the opposite sex. They can still have great personalities and many of them do.

  • @parsizaban ahh you cant speek for ALL men saying they dont find big girls attractive ever hear the song "big girls you are beautiful" and how arent they "fit to be mothers?" you just make no sense to me..

  • @NiamhCahill95 Why should we trick fat women into believing they're beautiful. Is fat beautiful? Let them know fat is ugly so they do something about it. But instead we tell them fat is also beautiful, stay fat, don't worry. Till they eventually realize it's either loose the fat or be sick and die a painful death. I tell all the fat people, you will eventually loose weight because you will have to. It is very bad for your health. Then do it while you're young and enjoy love and sex too.

  • @parsizaban you actually have to be takin the piss..no1 with a heart would say these cruel things about another human being! fat or not we all have feelings and if u dont have anything nice to comment on some1s video dont say it you should be saying well done to this girl because shes doing a gr8 job!!!

  • For those who think this is the easy way out, they are wrong. I had gastric bypass 9 years ago and I will never forget the pain. It was 100 times worse than going through labor...which I had no pain meds for. I'll never forget it, but I would do it again if I had to. It was the best thing I ever did. Those who have the nerve to say it is the easy way out are a part of the overweight problem...judgmental and jealous.

  • thank you so very much for your words xoxo

  • WELL DONE!!!

  • congrats!!!!

  • Surgery is a wonderful thing...BUT I know 5 people that have had the surgery lost the weight and 4 of them gained it back within 3 years. It's easy at first to push the food away because you have to in order to not get sick. you can stretch your stomach back out. You have to make a COMPLETE life change. Good luck to everyone!!! It's tough but completely worth it. <333

  • So now that I have addresses the comments out living in my moms basement and being ignorant. It breaks my heart that you felt that you had so little control over food in your life that you had to go this route. I come from an addictions counseling perspective, so if being trained in and living daily in the world of addictions makes me ignorant please tell me what I have to do to be enlightened to the level of you other posters. IMO the surgery is the equivalent of methadone for food addicts.

  • it's very sad that people would read my comments so negatively when they are not even negative in nature. I am married with a 3 month old son, I own my own home and have committed my life to working with the homeless who suffer with both mental health issues and addictions, I play sports twice a week and I run my own small business. Like I said in my posts I have struggled with weight issues myself and know the pain of losing 80 pounds just to gain it back.

  • It is messed up that we have to go to surgery to lose weight for some of us its that hard to lose the weight and if we do we can't keep it down. But there are a lot of us that can keep it down and with the right foods and exercise you can keep your weight down and at the right weight. I and my fiance are doing this right now we are losing weight with exercise. I don't want the surgery for either one of us. I weigh only 245.2 lost 5 pounds in one week. goal is ten in one month.

  • I am amazed at the numerous ignorant comments left here. I honestly think a large filter should be put on some of your gene pools!! WLS is in no way THE EASY WAY out. That in itself is a very ignorant comment. For those of you who are posting just to be mean, go do something constructive. Better yet.. get out of your parents basement and get a job!! Kellawanda.... I think you are fabulous and I have found your vlog to be very helpful! You are AWESOME!!

  • i would just like to say that you are absolutely gorgeous!

  • Hi, Were did you have your surgery?

  • I believe god removed the desire from me that sickness, that self hatred that was eating and all he asked me to do in return was do the work. Do the work to get healthy and do the work to maintain my health. I pray for you is that regardless of how poor of a choice i think you made and how much I do think it is giving up on yourself and God. That he will bring you the same peace that I have now and that you will live your life not consumed by thoughts of food as i once was.

  • I begged God to change and me I tried to learn about myself and why I was the way I was, having many friends who were recovering addicts in terms of drugs and alcohol i started soaking up information and inspiration and started doing that work on myself. I am now in the middle of a 60 day juice fast and I am really starting to understand the depth of my issues. The reality is that one day after so long of treating myself so poorly and asking God to change me I woke up and that desire had left me

  • I am not trying to be a jerk or make you feel poorly about yourself and I am sorry if that has been the case at all. My story is not much different then yours; I am 27, been overweight pretty much my whole life with the exception of 3 times that I have lost 60+ pounds and have always gained it back. I recently hit 280lbs after a solid year of basically eating fast food 2-3 times a day on top of a normal human caloric intake.

  • Maybe the result is "harder" on you as a person but in terms of losing weight it is the easy way out.. your natural self and choices put that weight on... work it out within yourself and through the support of others so that your natural self can take the weight off.. don't compromise and let the addiction win. Choose yourself! choose to empower yourself! You dislike your body so you open it up and break the way it works naturally! doesn't make sense to me.

  • It does not matter what your video says, getting the surgery is a quick and easy solution to a long and hard problem. freedom from addiction is a lifes work and is not accomplished through surgery of any kind. If you went to therapy and did not find the ability to overcome the issue then it was clearly not effective. I hope you do the hard work it takes to deal with the things that were causing you to eat in the first place because not being able to eat and not wanting to eat are not the same

  • @fiveironguy: I used the surgery as a tool to gain control of myself after doing much hard work in therapy. Dont judge other peoples journeys...you never know what the future holds for yourself. Watch my most recent video where I discuss this exact topic of surgery not being the easy way out.

  • @fiveironguy just because you have surgery doesnt make it easy it makes it harder, because when you do it without you have taught yourself to not give in, when you get it sucked out of you, just keep your habbits and lose your money. it is easy to gain back the weight because you didnt teach yourself not to. but if u do after which is very hard, props to you, u did amazing and overcame the food addiction.

  • @fiveironguy You are clueless. Part of the majority of weightloss surgery programs includes the psychological aspect of weight problems. It's NOT the easy way out. I've lost the weight on my own before (almost 100 lbs), and gained it back and THEN some, because I didn't have weightloss surgery like I should have, and so I didn't have that tool to help prevent/slow down the weight gain. So when I fell off the wagon I fell hard. It may not be right for you, but it IS right for others.

  • @fiveironguy

wow - if I were to write my immediate thoughts in response to your comments I'd appear to be as judgmental as you are. I am 58 years old, working a stealthy spiritual path with gratitude and can tell you that my having WLS was not a weakness in my character. We each make our own choices and yours must be golfing! Rather than sniping at someone who is happy and finding her success and sharing her thoughts for herself with others (like me) who are interested - you're not nice. Boo!

  • @fiveironguy Easy way out....are you fucking kidding me asshole....yea its the easy way out to go have a life threatening surgery to force you to stop eating yourself to death because you cannot control yourself. And have to endure all the pain and suffering these types of surgeries put you thru....Then you get to start the lifelong supplementation to stay alive. Wouldnt it be easier to keep your head outta the fridge? Noone complains when a girl gets fake boobs? Why that isnt a health issue?

  • @fiveironguy I agree!

  • i just cant even imagine how you can get to that point. . . . . . . .

  • You look awesome!! Congrats!

  • You look great, have you manged your ideal weight? what did you lose in total. Can you also tell me how you manage to get your teeth so white x

  • I hope you stay healthy!

  • the fatter version is more sexy , just an opinion

    if u agree thump up

  • Skip to here for photos 4:40

  • You look great! I wish you all the best. God bless you!

  • You are beautiful.. congrats!

  • I am thinking about having surgery , since my last baby I lost about 50 or 60% of my hair due to some kind of autoimune disorder, along with thyroid, fibromialgya and lupus among others things. I am even more concern about diabetes and heart due to family history. I feel that this is my choice to be healthier... I have heard about the hairloss with the surgery .. have you experience any hairloss, if so, did the hair regrow? and how? I am very worried about it. I'll appreciate any info. thanks!

  • You motivate me to lose 300 lbs now!! Any help, encouragement or motivation would be greatly appreciated!!Thanks!

  • that is so great and, im shore that this video is going to help so many other people! thanks for loving yourself, and making a change not just for yourself but for others. great job

  • I was really impressed by your attitude about your eating disorder. I really can relate to you as well as to your feelings for other morbidly obese people. Sometimes I work my surgery into a conversation and let things take their natural course. I can tell when someone is really interested and wanting help. Others who are disinterested will drop the subject, but most do not.

  • You look amazing, now are you going now? I have just been approved to receive the vsg free due to the fact I have diabetes because of my weight. I am scared but excited. Would you do it again if you had the chance? Did you have any complications?

  • Ficou legal.

  • hey wot kind of surgery did u have xxx

  • wow thanks i was thinking of geting sergery but could not make up my mind thanks

  • Well done!

  • I'm the same way that you were. I hoard food. I have to have it. I eat so much some times I feel like I'm going to barf. When I go home and look at myself I cry knowing I'm doing this to myself but I can't stop. No one suports me in my family to loss the weight. We have junk food around all the time. Soda all the time. Very rarly do we have any healthy choices. I'm 18 and 230 lbs. at 13 I was 140. I thought I was fat then. I just wish I could go back to that.

  • @gothpyrofire enjoy the food hunny

  • @gothpyrofire We all wish for things. People eat too much food because IT TASTES GOOD. What's your height? At 14 years old and at 5'8" i weighed about 200. And now, at age 15, 5'9" i weigh 163. What i did was get into sports. At first i couldnt keep up with anybody else but i didnt give up. I gave up chips and soda. When i eat fruits like watermelons, apples and bananas, i feel more energized. I'm hoping to join football and baseball this coming school year. Just do what i did. Eat Right/Cardio

  • @gothpyrofire im 13 and 140 what do u suggest i do?

  • @gothpyrofire Listen to yourself, no wonder you can't stop. "I have to have it" .. That's exactly what you tell yourself and you know you could stop but you willingly don't. Stop eating meat and dairy, go on a raw food diet of plants only, simple as that.

  • @ACLogikel If it were just as "simple as that," the majority of Americans would be fit and healthy.

If someone says "I have to have it," this suggests a problem that is far more serious. Whatever problem that is needs to be focused on.

Also, going from meat eating to vegan is a process. Maybe YOU could do it, but many people cannot. And have you asked gothpyrofire if he/she eats meat? Why would you suggest a plant diet to someone who enjoys meat? That's a recipe for failure.

    No pun intended.

  • @BastEternal Right because obviously the majority of America wants to be healthy? Don't make it complicated because it is not. It really is as simple as that. You suggesting otherwise feeds into their BS. Why suggest getting clean to a druggy if he enjoys his drugs? That's a recipe for failure.

I don't give a fuck who eats meat, what I do care about is weak fools who pretend things are harder than they are so they have even more excuses to be fat, lazy and depend on everyone else.

  • @ACLogikel "I don't give a fuck who eats meat, "

Maybe you should, if you are going to try to give advice on how to eat.

I'm an omnivore. Why would you recommend a raw food plant diet to an omnivore? That's just silly.

Find out what the person eats, then create a plan around it.Even people who are fat eat healthy things. I've lost 7 lbs since the beginning of Sept making small changes (i.e turkey bacon instead of pork, brown rice instead of white) & portion control. I didn't just CUT out meat.

  • @BastEternal You take one very small part of comment and that's what you reply to. Forget about the actual point I was making and let's live in your pretend land.

You're an omnivore? And how did you come to this conclusion? Because you eat meat that's what you are? Not hardly.

Because we all need plans don't we? It's up to me to worry about what they eat and create a plan for them? ... Depend on everyone else much?

    You're both weak.

  • @ACLogikel

What is your actual point? That people who are fat are lazy pigs? That they're tools? You've done more name calling than give good advice.

Yes, I'm an omnivore. My body is able to metabolize chicken, fish, beef, etc. And I find meat rather tasty, just as I find plants tasty. So yes, I'm an omnivore.

    "Depend on everyone else much?"

Oh, so people who are fat shouldn't depend on advice, yet YOU are here dispensing "advice" to them? Soooo we shouldn't take your advice.

    Gotcha.

  • @BastEternal That's nonsense. Otherwise you wouldn't have people with 10+ upto even 40+lbs of undigested meat stuck in their stomach. Who needs supplements? Meat eaters. Who uses more healthcare? Meat eaters.

You've evolved to not have heart attacks? Cancer? Diabetes? Interesting.

Giving simple advice is not the same as being dependent the way you people are. Why is it up to me to make a plan for you? You all inherently know what the best diet is. You can't deny it.

  • @ACLogikel "Otherwise you wouldn't have people with 10+ upto even 40+lbs of undigested meat stuck in their stomach. "

    Source, please.

Fact: meat takes LONGER to digest than other foods, but it eventually will get digested. So what?

"You've evolved to not have heart attacks? Cancer? Diabetes? Interesting."

You're making stuff up because I never said that.

The problem with the American diet is that there's no portion control, no balance. Too much of any food is a bad thing.

  • @ACLogikel "Giving simple advice is not the same as being dependent the way you people are. "

YOU concluded that the people commenting on this video are being "dependent" on other people's advice. YOU keep making stereotypical assumptions about "you people." YOU'RE making broad generalizations about people because they carry more body weight than they should.

Reasons for being overweight vary..there is on one size fits all answer as you seem to think it is.

  • @BastEternal I didn't conclude, you're doing it yourself. You even said I should make a plan for them instead of telling them how to do it... that's not depending on others?

Reasons for being over weight do not vary, that's a big myth. It's all food related, all of it. And ALL of it can be fixed by changing your food, all of it. Every single fucking one of them. If you stopped being an idiot and did some research, even self experimenting, you would NEVER disagree with what I am saying.

  • @ACLogikel Oh, now I'm an idiot?Coming from the person who appears to be 100% convinced that his way of thinking is the only right way?

Keep name calling, attacking, and making presumptions, because I'm not the one who appears to be the idiot. Suffice it to say that YOUR way hasn't worked for me..I've TRIED going "cold turkey" and it doesn't work. What HAS been working is portion control and exercise (I JUST returned from run/walking 1.51 miles)...soooo, that's how much you know.

    Bye.

  • @ACLogikel "You even said I should make a plan for them instead of telling them how to do it..."

    What I said was:

"Find out what the person eats, then create a plan around it" because YOU recommended a raw food plant diet. What do you think you're doing recommending a raw food plant diet? Newsflash for YOU..you are recommending a PLAN.

Again, instead of thoughtlessly recommending ONE food plan as the ONLY answer to weight loss, consider what the person eats. It's that simple.

  • Right, it's not simple. Laziness isn't why you eat fast food. It's much more difficult to go to a drive thru than it is to preapre a homemade vegetable soup for dinner.

It's such a struggle when deciding between a large milkshake and fries or a couple apples.

Until you admit you're weak and in denial you will always need a year to switch from whole to 1% ... how pathetic is that?

You call it name calling, I call it the truth. You're fat lazy pigs. You know what is right, stop with the BS.

  • @ACLogikel "Until you admit you're weak and in denial you will always need a year to switch from whole to 1% ... how pathetic is that?"

So if folks don't change their eating habits YOUR WAY, then it's pathetic? You seriously need an attitude adjustment.

It is not "weak" to make changes gradually. For you to think otherwise is beyond arrogant.

Name calling is name calling. Calling people "fat lazy pigs" is not the truth, it's your subjective opinion which in reality doesn't hold ANY weight.

  • Right now, I'm done with you. This is silly, we both know I am right. Otherwise why are you switching your bacon and milk? Why are you not denying you need to change your diet? Yet you argue with me.

The truth hurts, and the truth is out there. I don't feel sorry for fat pigs, you're the same hogs that smell up the isle and think everyone has to move out the way. You're the same sloppy pigs who are too lazy to do anything for yourself. You're just disgusting slobs. Look at yourself.

  • @ACLogikel

"Why are you not denying you need to change your diet?"

I'm not denying the need to make lifestyle changes (including what I put in my mouth). This argument began with you recommending an extreme "raw" food plant diet. You seem to think that it's as simple as choosing the "right" (according to you) food choice, and it's not. You even know this, because you said, and I quote: "You didn't change who YOU are, you just had surgery. "

    You said it, not me.

  • @gothpyrofire Hey you've got no excuse. No one have to support you, you must support yourself. You can go out to run right now even if it is raining, or even if it is cold, and if you won't it s not because no one support you, its cause you don't want it.Be a real man, not a fucking litter basket. Keep running.

  • @jere9992 First learn proper grammer. 2 I'm still in high school and I'm not alowed to have a job, so how the hell am I saposed to suport my self? 3 I'm a girl. You've probably never been fat in your life. Try walking in some one elses shoes before you judge. BTW there is more to lossing weight than running. You can't run off fat. It's not 1, 2, 3, poof it's gone.

  • @gothpyrofire "First learn proper grammer. "

You really shouldn't point out someone else's grammatical errors when your post is filled with spelling errors.

I believe it's better to focus on the message and not the delivery...we all mess up spelling and grammar on occasion...

I do agree with you that JUST running isn't the answer to weight loss..I believe it's a combination of cardiovascular training, strength training, and a healthy diet.

  • @gothpyrofire Hi gothpyrofire, try not to listen to the people who post unreasonable advice to you. You don't have to take drastic measures to lose weight (i.e. become a vegan, raw foodie, etc.).

Just start walking, even if it's for 10 minutes. Gradually add more minutes as your body becomes conditioned. Start reading food labels, and focus on portion control rather than taking this or that food away. Make small changes (it took me a year to go from whole to 2% to 1% to skim milk). cont.

  • @gothpyrofire cont..I try to walk to school or from school instead of taking the bus (it's 1.51 miles one way). Just adding that activity has made me feel MUCH better mentally and physically. Again, don't just CUT foods out of your diet because all you'll do is CRAVE and then BINGE when you finally lose the willpower (which is very likely).

Again, try to control your portions based on what serving sizes per package are. Food labels are your friend. At least start there. Best wishes :)

  • I have a question myself I just had the same procedure 4/27/2011 I have lost 30 pounds since the procedure, but I am constantly feeling sick like a nausea feeling and a heartburn feeling in my chest.. omeprazole makes me sicker and I just wanted to know when will things be back to normal.. everything I seem to try to eat not bad foods Im constantly throwing it up, when will i be able to eat normal again without throwing up

  • @chiion: Ive only met one other person whose had this happen...he said he drinks lots of water, takes tums, pepto, and 2 prillosec a day. Best wishes!

  • @Kellawanda You should Raw juice and clean your system out! You had a poor diet like most Americans! eliminate gluten , dairy and sugar!

  • @chiion...is that normal? Sounds like you should probably see your doc!

  • @chiion eat well and youll get result without feeling sick

  • My co-worker also had the gasto bypass surgery. 100lbs just melted off her. I also need to lose weight. 85 lbs to be exact. I am losing it very slowly because I also tend to lose my hair with rapid weight loss. It doesn't grow back :-( I low carb it and that has been working for me. Lost 25lbs so far. I still eat starches, but in very controlled amounts. If I could do the surgery without the hairloss, I would do it in a second!!! I think it's great and easier than doing it my way.

  • Hi there !

    You are so beautiful.

I wish you the best of everything!

  • you look amazing sweetie, keep up the good work!!!
