There would be no doubt that she has been put in a women's jail because if not, it would be illegal, because she is now legally a woman with all woman's rights and whatnot... there is no need to wonder which jail they put her in.

The women in prison are not daisies. There are some seriously fucked up women on the streets and in jail. Women commit the same crimes as men just not as many.

I wouldn't argue that, but if I had a choice between a men and women's prison I think that's an easier choice than to decide to exercise your husband to death.
