Japanese go KRAZY over the Reggae. You won't find a crowd like that in the US or JA. That shit is insane! Even the nosebleed section is packed. Not to mention, EVERYONE is waving something (those little fans) & they even have these little light thingys. This isn't the first vid from Japan I've seen with this kind of crowd. It seems to be pretty consistant. I've seen vids in JA where ppl are just standing there yawning & here in the US, it would be pretty hard to fill a venue that size.
