Note Albanian Pioneer Railway in Tirana City Park 0:26-0:41. It has 400 mm gauge, used in agriculture. Looks like steamer, but I see no smoke and also hear no diesel sounds. Possibly it's Accumulator-Locomotive from mines. Now this park railway is destroyed by Berisha's mafia :'(
