At 3.00 - in profile - Princess Diana! Amazing Resemblance. I thought the same when I bought the 12" vinyl of Bamboo Music/Bamboo Houses almost 25 years ago
Humour, probably but to my opinion is certainly one direct tribute to John CAGE CONTEMPORARY' s MUSIC - he was the first musicien to use every kind of usual human machines' s sounds like tipewriters - in the 50' s / 60 ' s etc
SAKAMOTO and SYLVIAN were both VERY influenced by him and SAKAMOTO used it - tipewrIter sound - during all his own career first of all with YMO - in TECHNODELIC album / LP in1981 - and even after - with D. SYLVIAN again - in 1992 on the title '' HEARBEAT ''

luv this great song with its mystical oriental influences, and Davids words are an accurate portent of the times in which we now LIVE :-)

日本の屑みたいなビジュアル系バンド(そもそもこう呼ばれて喜んでいるこいつらの気がしれませんが)とは全く違います。

Thanks for posting this... I've not seen this in... ooh... 20+ years!
You ought to delete the 'houses' from the title, though... I'd love to see a video for 'Bamboo Houses'.
