  • it a lot less fat then kfc

  • making this again tomorrow,,cooking the filling now....cabe back to check on the ingredients..

  • Weight loss? Do you have any idea how much cholesterol, fat and saturated fat is in 2lbs of turkey meat? And then you turn the dish into an empanada(carbs)....this should be a weight gain video!!

  • @prodigee411

i believe he siad he does not count carbs...but portion control,,,,,,fat, yeah some..its not like you eating 2 pounds which thats what you make it sound like....in one empanada these like a tablespoon of filling mabey a bit more, how many calories do you think is in that small amount of turkey meat, plus the fat was drained,,,plus it 90 % lean to start with,,,one empanada round has 110 calories. plus its baked,,,also common sense dictates dont eat 10 of the darn things,,,,

  • oh and i took the rounds out of my freezer and thawed what i needed in a microwave for like 25 seconds, just enough to make them soft

  • @2000xlt glad it worked for you.

  • They look fantastic, could you give me the recipe for Empanadas dough as I live in the U.K and we don't get them here.

  • NOW that looks really good. I think I will use this recipe for an upcoming potluck. I will make my own dough, a friend has a great epanada dough recipe, but his filling is not low fat. Looks great.
