8:17 The way Hutchinson swerves past those cars at 85 mph on like such a narrow road is unbelievable. He'd do anything to avoid going back to prison in texas.
@michaeldavis678 First of all learn how to spell Michaeldavis. Check how you spell "operator" and "offense." And just because the 911 lady is older does not mean cannot do her job!!
Getting killed instantly depends on how fast the vehicle is going, but it has more to do with how you land when you hit the ground and where you land.
My friend was hit by a car while walking through a crosswalk-she had the walk sign, he was drunk-and he threw her 30 feet. She didn't land on her head and she was thrown onto a grassy area.
I don't understand why that guy got out of his car. It should've been obvious the criminal wasn't going to stop so the guy should've jumped outta the way.
@Muggle423 i always figured they were fraid the crazy bastard was gonna hit them head on,should of parked two or 3 cats in the middle of the road, let him plow in to the blade at 85mph
As much as I like watching this show along with America's Most Wanted, Cops, and a few other shows like these, I think that Rescue 911 can come back to television and create newer episodes on more recent events from 2000 to this present year.
i understand that you would say that the driver desserves to die for killing that guy in the street.because my grandma was killed in a car accident 12 years ago that involved a bigtruck and i used to think that the driever of the bigtruck desserved to die for killing my grandma but then i had to learn to understand that it wasnt his fault and that i didnt have the right to say that he desserved to die for what he done to her.
theres parts of that chase footage i've never seen before diffrent places where he's trying to lose the police. the suspects name is phillip hutchinson.
oh my gosh!!!!!! i feel so bad for that man and his family and i think that people like the suspect in this segmant don't deserve to set foot on this earth
Phillip Hutchinson, the bad guy in this story, was a one-man crime wave. When he was about 20, he was sent to prison for kidnapping the child of a Texas Instruments executive in Austin, Texas, and locking the kid in a pickup truck toolbox for a couple of days. He broke out of the pen, made his way back to Austin, and committed a string of burglaries, car smash-and-grabs (one of which was done to my vehicle), and other mayhem.
About two months after he smashed his way into my vehicle, he was arrested for robbing a bank in Georgetown, TX (after which the police recovered and returned much of the property he'd taken from me and others). He was returned to the penitentiary, with a load of extra time tacked onto his original kidnapping sentence. I figured that was the last we'd hear of him. Then, a year or so later, I picked up a newspaper and read that he'd busted out again.
This time he was back in Austin using a shotgun to stickup people at ATM's. The next time I heard anything of him was when he showed up in Denver and did the stuff shown in this episode of Rescue 911. I don't have any idea what his backstory was, but he was a crime all-star. By the time he was killed by police at the age of 23, he'd committed, at the least, burglary, assault, kidnapping, armed robbery, auto theft, bank robbery, and murder.
The coda: I have Hutchinson's autograph, sort of, in the form of my name, in his handwriting, on a credit card receipt. When Hutchinson broke into my van, he got, among other things, my wallet and credit cards. When police returned the wallet, I found a Mastercard receipt from the Hyatt Regency for drinks (he tipped generously). On the back is the name "Beth" and a phone number. Wonder if she had any idea what this guy was ...
I think that it is long overdue for Rescue 911 to be both on DVD and to have newer episodes of more recent events, even if they are very similar to the old reruns.
out of all the rescue 911 videos , this is problery the only one i know. Its on a police chases video , it also incuded a few seconds of cctv footage from the credit union.
Yeah, I saw an episode of Maximum Exposure that had some security camera footage of the robbery. It also had an interview with the woman whose car got shot at. She wasn't interviewed in the Rescue 911 segment.
The tile of this segment is "Denver Chopper" in case you were interested. Also, if you want to upload the second half, you'll have to split it into two parts. It's 12:32 and it youtube doesn't let regular users upload videos that are over 11 minutes.
The other detective's name is Rick Rollins. Lol.

I know all the streets he was on. Some of them are pretty narrow I am shocked he didn't hit anybody else driving that way.

I have my pities for Bob Wallace,
but my personal novel I'm writing depicts him getting saved.
Besides, to be killed instantly, that car had to be going real fast when it hit Bob Wallace.

that persons life and no one but the god upstairs he is the only god who can say who lives or dies it took me along time to finally understand that.
