  • @mrmike677 free speech is one thing. Being hateful & threatening is something different. Throwing out twisted conspiracy theories & attacking those who don't just on board with them is also something different. Mocking people who have innocently passed away for others sick religious agendas is, again, something different. I have no problem with free speech. But I'll be damned if I'll allowed people to be disgusting toward the dead & the soldiers fighting to protect you & others who condemn them.

  • that guy at 2:13 was victim number 0001 of this horrible attack

  • 3 days after they were still pulling people on my fourth birthday this song remines me why i will join the army

  • thumbs up for the proud and noble soldier who died and are still fighting for this country! AHMEN... GOD BLESS AMERICA!

  • THIS SONG IS SAD AND SO WAS THE VIDEO BUT WITH SAYING THAT IT ALSO MADE ME PROUDE TO BE AN AMERICAN AND I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME TO THANK ALL OF OUR BRAVE SOLDIERS THAT ARE ACROSS SEAS AND ALSO ALL OF OUR POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTER YOU ALL ARE VERY BRAVE AND HAVE VERY BIG BALLS

  • everyone remembers exactly what they were doing when they heard what had happened. people look up to athletes and rappers and stuff but our true heros are the ones overseas fighting so we dont go through more of what happened on 9/11

  • @6hoejoe6 funny the iranians offered to help us considering the day before they were burning american flags...just cause a country offers us help does not mean they are our allies part of preserving freedom and democracy is knowing who to trust and who not to trust a skill which many americans are losing these days

  • Faith, Hope, Love, The greatest of these is love ~ Corinthians 13:13

  • I was 9 when it happen. That day I was in school. My mom came and got me and as soon as we got home she fell to the floor and cried just because the second plane just hit. This song means a lot to me. So I swear on my life I will server this country as a fireman, and soon a USA soldier for the rest of my life.

God bless you and every one.

  • i really hope nothing happens like this again.. the world wasnt made for bombing and killing thousands of people for no reason

  • Why is it that songs like Like A G6 are more popular than this song.. And other songs like this with similar messages.. The world is fucked up..

  • NYPD- Fallen but not Forgotten, That day was something I will NEVER forget even if I could.

  • Where was I when...? This beautiful song makes me reflect.

I was running for my life at the Pentagon. While working for the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army as an active duty Army soldier the airplane crashed into my office less than 3 minutes after I walked out. I went outside to smoke a cigarette, but I did not get it lit before I found myself knocked off my feet by the impact. We lost 40 personnel from my office alone. I knew them all very well.

  • @ReissySemple i agree that everyone was affcted but they targeted america! they tried to kill OUR PRESIDENT! they destroyed OUR PENTAGON! they bombed OUR WORLD TRADE CENTER! they killed three thousand INNOCENT AMERICAN CITIZENS! so ya the whole world was affected but WE AMERICANS were the ones who were targeted. show some respect PLEASE THIS IS A HALLOWED DAY IN AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE WHO DIED AMERCAN OR NOT DESERVE YOUR RESPECT FOR THE USA AND THEMSELVES. DONT THEY DESERVE AT LEAST THAT?

  • they thought it would scare us.....all it did was bring us closer....

  • God Bless our troops in Iraq. Remember there fighting for the 2,752 loved ones that died September 11th

  • I'm not from America, I'm from Romania (you maybe heard of it) but i am with you, with the americans, even if its to late. Greetings from Romania.GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

  • i was 5 years old and i honestly didnt know about 9/11 until i was 7 in 2003 because no one ever talked about it to young children then iit was sept 11 and we had a moment of silence for the day and i asked what it was for

  • this song iss the shit i love dis song

i know jesus and i talk to god

  • I cry every time I hear this song. Both my parents are in the milatary and this touch's me. RIP . All that lost their lives

  • I lived on a military base, sitting in a diverse population college education class, required by the college...I thought the video the professor was showing us was something from a video.... until he told us they were going to lockdown the base. THANK GOD i was able to get my daughter, I didn't know where my husband was. I spent 2 years wondering where my younger brother was b/c he couldn't tell me. I can't help but shed tears for those lost at the towers, and since 9-11. Count your blessings.

  • that sad i was about 5 and got sick that day. that sad all day the next day at school everyone was in tears it was just sad. RIP TWINS TOWER AND ALL THEIR VICTIMS. why would anyone do someone the horrible.

  • omg that sad i was about 5 and got sick that day. that sad all day the next day at school everyone was in tears it was just sad. RIP TWINS TOWER AND ALL THEIR VICTIMS. why would anyone do someone the horrible.

  • I was 10, heading to school in a small town in Alberta. 9/11 affected Canada too, and countries all over the world. We thought we could be next. If terrorists could crack American security, who was to say they couldn't attack our homes next?

Three years later, when the Allies caught Hussein, I thought that was the end. No more terrorism. I cheered and called up all my family and told everyone the news. I was so young and didn't understand it wasn't over. I just wanted it to be over.

  • Where were you when the world stopped turning? Me? In my elementry school class. I wish now that I was old enough to understand the importance of this day. I also got taken away from my mother on September 11th. It symbolizes a lot more pain then the 51 jerks who disliked this video, and who probably are people who supported what happened. Either that, or they're just insensitive pricks.

Thanks so much for putting this up. <3

  • i love this it is soo sad though

  • this is the most amazing song i have ever herd!

  • every time i hear this song the goose bumps wont go away

  • may the people who died rest in peace

  • such a sad and tragic day. i recently saw a video about 9/11 and was on the verge of tears :(

  • I JUST WANNA WEAP RIGHT NOW THOSE PEOPLE WHO DIED THEY DID NOT DO ENYTHING RONG! I BE LEAVE WE R GONNA GET THOSE STUPIED MEAN PEOPLE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was sitting in my classroom in third grade when this happened...my mom checked us out and when i got down stairs she was sobbing. She gave me a hug..In the classroom they turned on the tv and us 8 or so year olds sat there in silence..To this day i remember seeing that plane smashing into the building and not...understanding...:'[ R.I.P to all who died..

  • If you don't stand behind our troops, feel free to stand in front of them.

    God Bless America.

  • I honestly think its very funny how there are tons of Americans out there that say how horrible America is and trash it all the time. My question is to them, why dont you move then? The answer. Cause they know nowhere in the world can give you what America can, they just won admit it. They really dont bother me cause I know all they really are, are horrible horrible wastes of lives.

  • I am sharing this with others in honor and remeberence of Little Christina Green who was born the day this happened and at the age of 9 lost her life in the shooting in Tuscon AZ.

  • I'm Canadian and on that day I just felt shock. I remember watching tv but every channel seemed to have footage of it so I turned it off. I didn't support the Iraq war afterwords though and I'm happy that my countries forces were not involved.

  • To this very day I remember where I was when the 9/11 disaster happened. I was in my first class of the day, which was 6th. grade Social Studies with Mr.Howard in Caney Valley, KS. I will never forget the terrible horror, shock, and emotional turmoil that stormed though my heart when I saw the twin towers fall live on CNN. Caney was dealing with a school bus wreck that happened only a few minutes before the first tower fell, but thankfully no one was killed in that wreck.

  • I remember this day. I was in second grade, and an announcement came over the loudspeaker. I didn't really understand what the big deal was. A girl was called out of the classroom and came back crying, her dad was killed. When I got home, my mom with tears in her eyes pulled me into a hug and cried thanking God that we were all safe. I had no clue what was going on, but Lord knows I'll never forget it.

God bless America, and all who suffered from this horrible tragedy.

  • @TheRobby2610. Freedom of Speech doesn't mean you get to verbally slander and threaten whomever you choose. And since I put together this video as a tribute to those that passed away, those who stopped their lives on a dime to help others and those who lost family and friends, I don't want any derogatory comments made on it. If you have something nasty and hateful to say, go elsewhere and do it. I won't allow it on here. I fairly put out a warning stating that simple fact. If you don't like it.

  • Even the Iranians lit candles and prayed for us after 9-11. The French paper said: "Today we are all Americans". The entire world was with us. They were ready to help us in this fight, yes, even the Iranians offered to help on Afghanistan.

We could have had the entire world with us. But Bush chose to go to Iraq, and the world turned against us. Why?

  • The picture with the Angel next to the crying firemen really hit me hard!

  • @nick9saints that one and the picture of father Judge being carried.

  • A beautiful song that shouldn't really just represent 9/11. It should represent all of the other disasters, man-made and natural. It really makes you stop and think. In the UK, I was only 7 at the time. 9/11 happened just before school ended. The headteacher called a special assembly. There we were told the horrible news. At the time, yes, I was shocked but felt nothing more. Now I realise that 9/11 began the day when everybody stopped trusting each other.

    RIP for everyone who'd died.

  • how can somwonw dislike this song i mean it so moving and true wat he is singing was was you doing. i was 8 when it happened and i even new wt was going on

  • every time i see a pic of 9/11 it feels like sombody riped out my hart GOD BLESS AMERICA

  • i can not believe some of those people they killed babys kids they just sarted there life how could someone do that

  • OMG i cry when i hear this song people who hate this song you are not an a true American. GOD BLESS YOU for the true American

  • that i was soppose to go to the zoo but my dad called he was crying and said don't go anywhere stay home i was to years old

  • ok people if you don't like america why are you watching this video its made for 9/11

  • This makes me sad and im not even from the US... i was 9 when this happened... at that time i didn't even care which im not proud of... but looking back on this you realize what a tragedy it was.... if you lost anyone or not... i cant imagine what people felt when the found out that their loved ones are just not coming back... such a loss...

  • According to CMT this was the #1 song of the decade.

  • @DarthMarth80 should be of all time. no other song encapsulates a moment in time like this one. Whenever it is played anyone alive is instantly transported back to that day.

  • @DarthMarth80

And rightfully so. This song is a timepiece of the 00s, it deserves the #1 spot.

  • Due to the insane amount of HATERS and douchebaggery, all comments must now be approved by me before they will be posted. As evergrace insightfully posted - if you don't like America, then maybe you should get the hell out.

  • @ButterflyJ908 "all comments must be approved by me before they will posted"... What happened to freedom of speech? One of the corner stones of being American.

  • @TheRobby2610

You have no idea what freedom of speech means do you?

  • @TheRobby2610 I wonder why they're waiting approval. Maybe because of people like you? :D

  • i think this song is very touching, its a country style...but its the lyrics that count here.

god bless the ones that arent with us anymore.

  • @jeop1993 Yes we really are stupid. we give more to this world then we can afford. After the earthquake it Haiti Who gave the most through charity and governmental Aid. After the Tsunamis who gave the Most to those people. We sent Navy Ships Carrier, Even one of the Two ships that are dedicated by the Navy for disaster relief that are Basically floating hospitals to those lands and we got nothing back. Yep we really are dump to continually help our fellow man just to get this abuse back.

  • Very moving....

Although theres something weird about how Americans think everyone lives in America...

  • @ReissySemple Let me ask you this? Did YOU fear for your safety on this day? Did YOU wonder how many more planes were hjacked & where they would crash next? Or maybe you sat on your sofa- alone- desperately trying to reach any of your family members but having no luck because phone lines were completely jammed. This wasn't a natural disaster; it was well over 3,000 PEOPLE who were murdered. So yes, the world DID stop turning on that day in September for us. Whether you approve or not.

  • @ButterflyJ908 What I meant was that it wasn't only Americans that got effected by this, most of the WORLD, not just America where devastated on this day. I'm not insulting America or any of its citizens, just saying that there was people from all around the world that where victims in this attack.

  • @ButterflyJ908 Amen... I'm 13, I was 3 at the time, but I remember this! I was scared as hell! I could see the Dallas WTC from MY OWN WINDOW! I didnt know what would happen! I was so scared... jeez I still remember it clear as day... remember this....

  • @ButterflyJ908 I support you im not from America at all or a christian but i know that all human lives are equal.and if i see such videos an hear this song..It unleashes the christian in my heart...And when there are negative comment on a video like this then i hope those people wil burn in the llake of fire for all enternity

God bless America! Salute from Estonia...

  • @ButterflyJ908 I never understood this til later in life... i was just a naive boy when this happened

  • @ButterflyJ908 its people like you that makes me believe that there is still hope for this lost country, god bless you

  • @ButterflyJ908 bravo

  • @ReissySemple well i live in Europe and tbh everyone over here went into a state of shock so the world sorta did stop turning that day not just america

  • @ReissySemple I have to agree with ButterflyJ908 on this one. Everything stopped on that day and when we went to war on terrorism the whole world not only backed us but they joined the fight. Tony Blair was one of the first to volunteer and that, in part is what makes Great Britain so GREAT. So from an American to a Britain thanks for your help.

  • i hate country but damn this song get me every time. >:')

  • GOD BLESS THE USA

  • @WoZgEtSrDoNe hell yea

  • @WoZgEtSrDoNe hell yea

  • @WoZgEtSrDoNe lol

  • I cried like a baby when this happened and I want to find housan and shove my riffle up his ass and pull the damn trigger!!!!!!!

  • @DarkDragon14358 umm.... housain is dead.... Osama however... well by all means, do it up kid.

  • This was a sad video...my aunt was suppost to be there when the first plane hit =( And yah what is up with those 41 people. thats rediculouse. mabey they dont like the video cuz it was to sad.

  • what the fuck is those 41 peoples problem that dont like this song

  • God bless this county :')

  • I feel like crying every time I think back on that day and everything that had happened!! =( And to think they wanna build a mosque in the area where it happened!! It's like their way of claiming victory over us!! Ridiculous!! Rest in Peace 9/11 victims...

  • We had to go to war, 3000 died. We will get all those responsible for this. Never forget, Never forgive, never surrender.

  • I had just turned 6, on June 8th. I cry every time I hear this song. I always remember it was my mom's first day at the local pizza shop, and I was going with dad to his school, because they were to afraid to lemme go to school, and when we were in town, dad looked up and said, what's different about the sky. I said I dunno daddy. and he said there are no planes, you will probably never see another day like this, as tears fell from his eyes.

  • The US isn't trying to kill innocent civilians. i regret that they have died and wish that they hadn't, that we didn't have to fight this war. But we do, because of this day. this unprovoked attack killed thousands of people, for no freaking reason. It caused us to go to war, so blame the people who attacked us, not us. And if you have that much of a problem with it, get the hell out of our country. times are hard enough without people like you.

  • For those people who don't like America...feel free to leave.....

  • I'm sick and tired of people coming to great videos like this just to talk shit about them. There is no point in coming here and blatantly disrespecting nearly 3,500 innocent people who died that day just to take a cheap shot at the US. I don't care if you have a bad opinion about the United States. Heck I live in the US and I have some criticisms about the way our country is run. But the least we can do is respect the innocent people who died on this day by not talking trash about them.

  • @GSheppo92 Thank you!

  • for the 37 who disliked this song... maybe they should think a little less about themselves and more about the people who died trying to save them.

  • this was played at my cousins funeral when he died in the WTC. What a beautiful song, maybe the whole world should realise how much the 9th of September 2001 actually meant to people who had to go through with the fact they lost a blood from a suicide bombing Muslim.

What a bad day this was, Amen x

  • If you don't like this you can git out

  • This is very important. I HATE people trying to get attention for videos like: "Ghost in 9/11?" and "No airplanes in 9/11." That's not what's important! The best we can do, is to remember the people who are suffering and the people who died. It's wrong to use the 9/11 happening to get views. Thumbs up, so people understand.

  • To hell with all you fuckers that think this is bad, this signifies what america is about, rising up against those men and women that think killing innocent people is what is right

  • WHAT CRAZY 36 PEOPLE YOU NOT LIKE THIS. I LIVE IN CANADA AND I STILL REMEMBER THE PEOPLE WHO DIED ON SEPTEMBER 11. SO WHO EVER DID NOT LIKE HAT VIDEO YOU PROBALY HATE AMARICA

  • The 36 that disliked this are terrorists. You can't hate this, it even touched me, and I'm from Holland.

  • thats my birthday:( i was in 1st grade and thaylet us out of school as soon as i got home my mom had it on the tv and i started crying not becouse it was my birthday but becouse of all of the lifes that was lost that day...GOD bless America

  • @bigdemon505 damn that's a sad story

  • GOD BLESS AMERICA

  • @spammingnoobs Ok, for the families that lost loved ones and suffered that day and still do, your comment is filthy and disgusting. I can't honestly believe you would say something like that on a tribute video.

  • I Love this song

    GOD BLESS THE USA

And GOD BLESS EVERYONE WHO SADLY LOST THEIR LIVES THAT TRAGIC DAY

  • i really dont know where i was i was to young but we are singng this at my christmas concert on december 7th.

  • i was 5 and saw the scnd plane hit i asked my parents what was wrong and they were just crying

  • i really never got the chance to them

  • well at least you had your parents mine were in the world trade center they didn't make it and i was only in kindergarten

  • @flyaway154 I am so sorry.

  • Third Grade, only class with a TV. Left home that morning seeing the first plane hit, turned on the TV in school and saw the second.

FYI: 36 people are not Americans. Anyone who watches this and doesnt have tears come to their eyes need to fucking leave this country.

  • i was in the doctors office when the nurse came in and said the world trade center had collapsed my parents went to give blood that day

  • I was in first grade playin wit toys then we here'd it come on the radio

  • @Candish92 and Josey James what makes you think alan jackson made this song for profit he was already rich and one of the most well known country singers at the time he didnt need this song for money he wrote it as a tribute for those who died on that day so we will remember that day and those who have given so much.but with that said you both do have the right to say what you want even if it is wrong and uneducated

  • @izntdan Completely Agree. Song writing is how he gets his emotions out, and this was probably based on one of the most strong emotions he's ever felt. If only we could all get it out through song.

  • i remember this i was just an innocent child in school kindergaten or first grade and my mom picked me up early cryin trying my hardest to figure out what was going on and now im glad nothing happened to us..

  • home sick from work with the flu

  • in my family room with my mom cause i skiped school that dad i was 9

  • I was in art class in the 4th grade.

  • @JoseyJames dude whats your problem? hes honoring those who died in his own way. and doing a hell of alot more than you.

  • for the 36 people that dont like this you can get the hell out of this country!!!!!!!

  • damn straight, if u dont like it, u can GETTT OUTTT!!

  • @evergrace44 What if the 39 people doesn't live in USA? (I assume that "this country" is USA)

  • @maarup88 Then why are they watching this video to begin with??

  • @evergrace44 You mean 43. And i am with you.

  • @evergrace44 those fuck terrorists fuck with america they fuck with me so i signed up back in 2001 im in the U.S. Marines sargent major

  • powerful

  • My friends mother was in the trade towers a day before they where hit, she was supposed to come back, but by chance she didn't. Thank God she wasn't. To all of the Liberals out there "FUCK YOU!'

  • @chibikawaiichris my friends father was there that day. didnt make it out

  • @JoseyJames This is why his song is #1 on the charts... This song came from his heart, not his wallet.

  • I love this song! I dont rememver 9/11 im only 13 now! but this song was ment as a tribute to 9/11 it wasnt ment to insult a lot of people! it's ment to remember the people that died.

  • Josey - I remember it too, My husband should have been at the Pentagon that day - but by some small miracle wasn't. He lost a lot of friends.... and people like you - really should stay off the computer.

  • @JoseyJames I don't know what crawled up your ass and died, but to diss an artist for writing a song about a tragedy that happened to us is wrong. I'm not protecting Alan jackson but I am protecting what this song stands for. This song was meant to remember those who died and how our nation can pull together even after such a horrible blow has been dealt. Grow up and stop ranting about how it was just a publicity stunt. By the way, he was famous before this song.

  • I think I can remember it quite well without this douchebags song thanks. Really/ famous for what, hope it wasn't song writing

  • this video makes me cry but it reminds me we have a lot to live for. =)

  • Sadam Husane said that americans celebrate life but that THEY celebrate death. But if they feel that way why would they kill us we can all beleive whatever we wish why would they force that upon us as a punishment if they beleive that it is a good thing?

  • I don't blame the terrorists for this. If we all had been raised to believe what they believe we might have done the same thing. If you really think about it, most people are doing the same thing. They go around thinking that most Muslims are terrorists who will bomb America. Well, They think the same about Americans, so, who can blame them when we all are thinking the same way.

  • @DMJessieSP True, they were raised to believe that western civilization is evil. However, no matter how brainwashed they were, this is inexcusable. There comes a time when you have to stop blaiming those who raised you and really examine their own values. And true, Muslims aren't all bad. However, those responsinle for this DO deserve the blaim for it .

  • @Beautifullyklumzee is right. Think first. I was in the 4th grade when this happend. I remember waking up and walking downstairs and watching the news with my dad. All of a sudden i saw planes hit the towers. I was scared. Just like every American who was alive. Innocent people died that day because of terrorist. I am now currently enlisted in the United States Air Force to prevent stuff like this from happening and innocent people from getting hurt.

  • @articwolf10 I thank you for your service even though i m still in high school and i was young when this happened i still remember it like it was yesterday and once again thank you for your service>

  • @articwolf10 I agree mate, it went beyond America. I'm living just over from Liverpool, UK and I just remember coming home from school when I was just 10 and seeing it happen on the TV....putting aside the conspiracy's, profiteers and reasons 2752 people died. That loss of life echoes around the world wherever you are.

  • @Candlish92 You are a shame. A downright shame. I was in the third grade when this tragedy occured, and I didn't understand anything that was going on. And now, 9 years later, I happen to listen to this song, and see you comment like this? Honestly, where is your sense of pride? Or maybe respect? Here I thought the u.k. had some sense of respect. Well, I guess I was wrong. I suggest next time you decided to post like you just did, Think first.

  • Okay ladies, calm down. Thousands of people died that day for no reason. Families and friends lost loved ones that they'll never see again. It doesn't matter if it was the USA's government or Al-Qaeda that brought down the towers, what matters is that it happened and should never be forgotten.

  • hey guys shut up theres some thing we cant forget about that day my dad and sister worked in building A floor 79

  • 343 american firemen died that day in the building R.I.P say thanks to a war vetran or a fireman policeman or doctor the all were affected that day

  • I was in 6th grade, it was 4 days before I turned 11, and I was on my way into school. I was in chorus class when we had been told the second one was hit. .. That day I relised life wasn't the same. I didn't want to fly on a plane, I didn't want my mom to leave and I tried to just close my eyes and forget, but all my "what if's" never changed what actually happened. My heart goes out to all the families<3.. And there should be no fucking mosque near ground zero.

  • america wasnt the only ones who stopped the entire world stopped jsut for us 153 to 156 hurt me the most seeing all those faces and ppl scream for help GO BLESS AMERICA AND ALL THE SHIPS AT SEA

  • @SIUltimate hundreds of people died, and all you have to say is get over your self? how would you feel if it were your dad, your mom, or your sister going down with the towers? you certainly wouldnt be saying get over yourself.

  • I was 7 years old in 3rd grade, 9 days until my Birthday. I remember sitting in class and my teacher getting a call. She came back in the classroom crying, nobody knew what was going on. Slowly most of the kids in class got picked up early from school. We did nothing in class all day. All of the teachers kept running to the teachers lounge to see what was going on, they told us they were "making copies". I got home and my Grandmother explained to me what happened. I was wearing a red shirt.

  • @omgitskarianne wow.. thats auctually scary how close that is to me except my birthday had past by 10 days, my parents explained it to me and i dont think i was wearing a red shirt and i live in canada :/

  • anyone who doesnt like this song and video is just un-American, and a dirtbag

  • I was 7 years old in second grade, i had just moved to a new school and everyone hated me, but when our principal told everyone to turn on their TVs in class, we all cried together

  • my only hope is that the anger should subside. death is a constant in their lives not ours. let them die for their beleifs as we shall prevail.

  • @andrewhaugen22 you are the fucking scum of the earth you piece of shit...how would you feel if your family was caught in the middle of the fucking attack! do you know how it would feel? I do. fuck you. may my 85 yr old grandmother rest in peace...she was just giving a present to one of her friends who worked there at the time. she was gonna come home as soon as she dropped it off.

  • @guitar1188 I'm sorry about your grandmother.

  • I think it's extremely creepy that America's greatest tragedy was on 9/11(the emergency # being 911) when it was really supposed to happen a few dys before. RIP all the people who died that day along with all the people that have fought and died bcuz of that day. This song gets me everytime. Bless all the people that lost friends and family that day.

  • My grandmother picked me up out of school we walked home everyone in the house was crying and I looked on the tv and saw one of the towers burning...

  • this song gets me every time

  • bless those brave souls

  • 9/11 was a tragic event, it seems like people care more about 9/11 then other tragic events that happens every single day. Thousands die everyday from hunger, diseases and war. But it all makes "sense", three thousand Americans dies and the world crys, but more than fifteen hundred thousand die daily and nobody seems to give a shit. Typical.

  • @Andraius Ummm, actually, you may want to rethink that. Our country is going bankrupt and we've STILL dontate more than any other country in the world to places hit by massive tragedies - Haiti being the most recent example. Don't know where you're from, but how many countries did you see jumping to help US when 9/11 happened? Or Hurricane Katrina?? Or how about every year when wildfires decemate large portions of California? Find THAT data, and maybe I'll listen to your assinine rants.

  • I think we would be well served to check back in on this song at least once a year. Alan hit the nail squarely on the head. He managed to include pretty near everyone & the whole range of emotions that many of us went through. It IS time-sensitive song, but it doesn't hurt to go back & remember. And more importantly, get back to the unity we all felt. Those dumb sonzabitches only united us & they will never understand what Americans are capable of when we all agree on something....

  • 673 people wished this never happened and so does the other millions of people in the us wished this never happened

  • Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us, and the greatest is LOVE. Stop hating each other PLEASE

  • Even though I was only 4 years old on September 11th, 2001, I still feel so much emotion whenever I think about what happened that day. May God bless every single person who was affected by the tragedy <3

  • I was in 5th grade when this happened and I was really young so I didn't really understand what happened at the time. But now I can't even listen to this song or think about 9/11 without crying.

  • @andrewhaugen22 The fact that i'm an American. And i fight in the Marine Corps. That's what

  • The terrorist thought they could tear the great country of The United Sates apart... but really it just made us stronger. Now yall can say that America sucks but that's just your opinion. America is great. And i thank God everyday for giving me the honer of living in this great country.

  • I remember where I was that day, my teacher broke down crying because her cousin was in the towers and my grandma told me that she watched people jumping from the top and just broke down. I came home at 930 and live a couple miles away from flight 93 and saw the explosion. That will be etched in my mind forever

  • i think we should have nuked them

  • God this day shaped me so much, its the reason I joined the military. I went from an innocent little kid to a Ranger in the course of a decade. We can never forget what happened on this day but remember that not all people from the middle east are extremists, the people of the middle east are mostly a strong and admirable people. However those who seek to do violence against their fellow man like the attackers did on this fateful day deserve no mercy from us.

  • 9/11/2001. It's a shame that our great country needed such a horrible event to truly unite all inhabitors. Parents nowhere near the explosion were fearing for their newborn's life. Many people could not sleep. But on this day, we were truly one nation, under god, indivisible, though liberty and justice had already ran for cover. I send out my heartfelt blessings to all those who lost their life on this horrible day, and to all those who lost someone they loved.

  • I remember 9/11 when I was four years old. I walked in the family room and the News was on. That was when my life changed. I knew what was going on but I didn't know why. My mom came in saying "Dont watch thi. You don't need to see this.". My dad was working at the place which was one of the targets of the fourth plane. He saw the Pentagon blow up. This is what inspires me to get rod of the people who do these things. RIP the people who were lost. 9/11 stll haunts me everyday.

  • I cant believe some of the comments on here. We will never forget. That is us REAL Americans will never forget. G-d bless the dead and G-d bless America

  • @zgoldatl you can say God.
