well if she didnt give birth then shes not pregnant and if she was she would have niples poped out on her tummy and if u still dont know go to the vet and if she not she just probly sick

Did she give birth in the end?

I don't know if my guinea pig is pregnant. So i need help. Her lower abdomen, just above her legs seems to be popping out a little, like 2 small humps. Its not really obvious. But you can feel it. So is it possible that she's pregnant? Or just fat?

@harmany281 i jave exactly the same problem, my guinepig has been with our male guineapig and her lower abdomen is lie 2 circles at the side, she also is drinking alot of water :S
