DF charts, yeah, some of them don't. So you got me there, but still 90% of the charts do have them. FOTS has the 8ths and the triplets counting as the resting periods for the chart, can't say about OIAL because I haven't seen it. Neither ? of the charts have only stream for the whole duration of the song, nor does either have a stream that lasts for 3 minutes straight. (unless OIAL has one)
