I like this Tut. It work well on Windows 7 but not at all on Window xp.

In order for that to happen you need to change your shutdown code a bit.

Shell("SHUTDOWN /s /t:30")

Shell("SHUTDOWN /l /t:30")

Shell("SHUTDOWN /r /t:30")

Shell("SHUTDOWN /h /t:30")

Shell("SHUTDOWN /a") to abort it all.

Also the message is the same but this what I use.

MsgBox("Shutdown computer in 30 second. All functions can be Aborted in that time.")
