You just squat down to stay in the blue area, and the board will turn yellow (not the actual peripheral, the rectangle on the screen). Try to accelerate to 60 m.p.h., and when it tells you to extend, extend quickly. My record is 355 (183+172)m. Hope you do better!

Idea is to not bend your knees too much as when you take off it goes unbalanced instantly, try it with the knees straighter, I got 200 metres and 197 metres, get 200 a lot, but cant beat 200

you probably mean 60 mph. 60 is as fast as you can go in U.S. version wich is equal to about 96 km/h which is as fast as other versions can go. It's the same speed just different numbers.
