  • Okay so I tried these last night and got through 1/2 of them after 15 minutes (huff n puff) and I'm in pretty good shape. These are tough and you can feel they are targeting the area. So gotta say thanks again and will report after 2 weeks of these.

  • @hauser0995 if you are tucking your pelvis under (almost like holding the top portion of a crunch) throughout these moves...then you will feel your abs...thanks for your post anyway:)!~ahmad

    i have fats on my back (left and right of the vetebrate) and they makes me look bulky!!!!!

  • Hey buddy please reply, i have fat a few inches top and bottom of my bellybutton, this is the only place on my body where i have fat (i have a little case of man boobs) i was wondering if this is for that region of my body, if not do u know of any exercises that will burn that fat off, thanks heaps

  • Yo Ahmad I gotta thank you because doing your 'How to build a six pack' videos helped me build one =)

    But there's one problem, they are under some fat, so thanks for posting this video.

    Any diet tips you can give me? I can't afford to fund a SPECIFIC diet but are there any little things you can tell me to change? As in what not to eat, what to drink, etc.

  • @Nchamp12 Dude..Do some Cardio. I myself had the same problem. But, once i started running and eating less carbs.. white bread..etc.. it's showing tons of improvements.. Hope this helps.

  • ahmad do you do this workout in conjunction with another routine or is this enough. i ask because i remember you saying to get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes. what would you suggest to do with this?

  • OH, i forgot to ask. I should I approach this workout as far as sets/cycles go? In other words, is this workout meant to be the main portion of a workout or maybe a supplement? Such as, used as burnout exercises after benching, or maybe exercises to do b4 bed [of course the main workout being performed earlier in the day]. If this is the main workout, should I be looking to do 3 to 4 sets or cycles?

  • @damaddennite get creative with my clips... sometimes I might think of a move from my clips and do it in between my lifting sets... or I might use a clip or a two as a pre-fatigue series...then hit the gym... great questions...oh yeah...repeat as many times as you can within 15 mins...then go hit your workout...~ahmad

  • This all looks SO Intense!!! I wish I could do these moves, I have some weight to lose before I can even attempt these - I have zero upper body strength! My belly gets in the way. I would LOVE to be as cut as you are, my friend! Maybe someday

  • @dto796 use the wall or sofa to do some of the moves...for others practice trying to hold plank position...if your issue is weight...then really focus 80 percent of your workout towards cardio and 20 percent towards resistance training...ok?~ahmad

    press ups and weights?, would it be good to do it straight after cardio?

    and is it always good to exercise 3 times a day for example morning, lunch and evening?

  • @parkourhobos do any of those scenarios and see which works best for you..the one I would suggest is resistance before cardio and try to get it double workouts...am and pm...~ahmad

  • @schwanson1 Once you try each move I am sure you will think otherwise. These compound exercises are not the baby push up. These moves require activation of the transverse abdominus muscle(your natural girdle)...look it up..~ahmad

  • @96GmusicG96 it shouldn't bother your growth...I started lifting weights at the end of seventh grade. I would suggest mastering the basic body weight movements first though...the body squat, the pushup, and full situps before adding serious weight to these body zones...~ahmad

  • i can only do like 3 of those before i get tired, i guess you have to walk before you can run, but are there any easier ones as i'm not at that level yet.

  • This workout is pretty hard if you dont take any breaks. I couldnt do the one handed push ups at the end so I supplemented with regular push ups until muscle failure.

  • @tanji2936 lol...I made this one to show you how even when you work the upper body using compound exercises...you can still target the abs...just modify...take breaks in between...do what you can...the more you practice this throughout the weeks...the easier it becomes...and the better your body looks...watch..~ahmad

  • @lalahdastylist yeah the best thing to do is work on perfect the moves that you can do...maybe do a second set to replace any move that is too hard...the goal is to equal up to 100 reps...take your time and be patient with this..:)~ahmad

  • I tried the push-up walkouts, and yeah on like # 9 I started to feel it in my back, got distracted, and almost fell on my head. Lol. I am a bit traumatized but I will try the full routine tomorrow, with adult supervision.
