OH, i forgot to ask. I should I approach this workout as far as sets/cycles go? In other words, is this workout meant to be the main portion of a workout or maybe a supplement? Such as, used as burnout exercises after benching, or maybe exercises to do b4 bed [of course the main workout being performed earlier in the day]. If this is the main workout, should I be looking to do 3 to 4 sets or cycles?

This all looks SO Intense!!! I wish I could do these moves, I have some weight to lose before I can even attempt these - I have zero upper body strength! My belly gets in the way. I would LOVE to be as cut as you are, my friend! Maybe someday
@dto796 use the wall or sofa to do some of the moves...for others practice trying to hold plank position...if your issue is weight...then really focus 80 percent of your workout towards cardio and 20 percent towards resistance training...ok?~ahmad

@schwanson1 Once you try each move I am sure you will think otherwise. These compound exercises are not the baby push up. These moves require activation of the transverse abdominus muscle(your natural girdle)...look it up..~ahmad

@96GmusicG96 it shouldn't bother your growth...I started lifting weights at the end of seventh grade. I would suggest mastering the basic body weight movements first though...the body squat, the pushup, and full situps before adding serious weight to these body zones...~ahmad

i can only do like 3 of those before i get tired, i guess you have to walk before you can run, but are there any easier ones as i'm not at that level yet.

This workout is pretty hard if you dont take any breaks. I couldnt do the one handed push ups at the end so I supplemented with regular push ups until muscle failure.

I tried the push-up walkouts, and yeah on like # 9 I started to feel it in my back, got distracted, and almost fell on my head. Lol. I am a bit traumatized but I will try the full routine tomorrow, with adult supervision.
@BallaholicNo10in89 I love this question .I get it all the time...the point of any of my workout clips is to get your heart rate beating so fast, and your breathing so heavy, that you will be forced to zap all stored glycogen within the first 15 mins of training...then we kick your body into fat burning mode, where the liver kicks in and starts demanding adipose(fat tissue) release its stored energy..so yes theses workouts target the fat all over.these moves build muscle in the weak zones.

@tanji2936 lol...I made this one to show you how even when you work the upper body using compound exercises...you can still target the abs...just modify...take breaks in between...do what you can...the more you practice this throughout the weeks...the easier it becomes...and the better your body looks...watch..~ahmad

@lalahdastylist yeah the best thing to do is work on perfect the moves that you can do...maybe do a second set to replace any move that is too hard...the goal is to equal up to 100 reps...take your time and be patient with this..:)~ahmad

I tried the push-up walkouts, and yeah on like # 9 I started to feel it in my back, got distracted, and almost fell on my head. Lol. I am a bit traumatized but I will try the full routine tomorrow, with adult supervision.

@BallaholicNo10in89 I love this question .I get it all the time...the point of any of my workout clips is to get your heart rate beating so fast, and your breathing so heavy, that you will be forced to zap all stored glycogen within the first 15 mins of training...then we kick your body into fat burning mode, where the liver kicks in and starts demanding adipose(fat tissue) release its stored energy..so yes theses workouts target the fat all over.these moves build muscle in the weak zones.
