You should rely a bit more on dodging. I haven't countered anyone, except aran ryan, and i did fine with bear hugger. Although you do more damage with counters, you survive way more if you dodge more...

True, though to beat TD Bear Hugger, you NEED to get stars off of him regardless (Only way to start Stun Combos is to use a Star Punch when he's in his "Pre-Stun" animation)... Though if one waited a while, they could reach "Hat Trick!" 3 times in the first round, I guess...

Ok, Luiz, here's an idea...

Now, caffeine reduces reaction times. Seems thats what you need. Get a full night's sleep, then take around 100 mgs of caffeine. Take it with food and in liquid form to decrease the "jitters" (which can worsen skill rather than improve it).

Rote neuromuscular coordination is another thing to consider. If you could get this on an emulator, save state it, then practice dodging 1 particular move 50 times, 3 or 4 times a day, you'd have it down.

it's alright. the reason for the restarts is my frustration of missing the stars. i've been playing too much exhibition mode and trying to beat all the challenges. so i became accustomed to it.

i'd never do that to anyone. trust me. if you noticed i went and mastered quite abit of the fighters in exhibition mode. which required a restart for every screw up i did make. and i can tell you. once you do that a massive amount of times, it becomes almost second nature in this game.
