Amazing stuff. I can't help but laugh at some of it, not in a mallicious way, I just find parts amusing. The white guy should really refrain from freaking them out with matches and mirrors though. The camera, the strange clothes and white people must be difficult enough to see. I can't help but think this does more harm than good in some ways. This is quite extraordinary. My Grandparents and my uncles and unties lived in Papua New Guinea a few decades ago. I'm told that my Grandfather (RIP) loved it there. He appreciated the locals simple and honest way of life, and was welcomed into their tribal community.

I'm told he only agreed to return to Australia after nagging from my Grandmother when their first Grandchild (my sister) was born. I would like to one day walk the Kokoda track in his honor, long live his bold adventurous spirit.
