@millionaire1231 1) The states won't dissolve into nothing, some nations might go bankrupt (what also isn't the end of the world), but that is due their own financial mess. 2) I'm Eurosceptic because of for example, the enter of the Lissabon treaty (aka EU constitution with a different name) after the EU constitution has been vetoed by the people. Even if in some respects it was a good idea (let's make this clear, it's not) it still is a very undemocratic thing to do.

The southern European economies grow way slower then the Northern economies so you they conflict and any economist will agree that they can't share a currency for this exact reason. @millionaire1231 1) The states won't dissolve into nothing, some nations might go bankrupt (what also isn't the end of the world), but that is due their own financial mess. 2) I'm Eurosceptic because of for example, the enter of the Lissabon treaty (aka EU constitution with a different name) after the EU constitution has been vetoed by the people. Even if in some respects it was a good idea (let's make this clear, it's not) it still is a very undemocratic thing to do.

The big 2 are in threat of a credit down grade, Europe is 32% of the world economy but in 10 - 15 years could be as long as 20%. A demographic decline also is going to play a serious role on the old continent. I'm not anti European at all.
