I saw you demo the step up but how strong is that thing really? Im 310 lbs. and typically do step ups with 50-65lb dumbells and that doesnt look like its going to support that. Im not sure I'd feel safe doing reverse flys either. Is it meant for lightweight/calisthenic movements or band work only? Good idea though.

Hey there...That step willl support 500+ lbs! You can do EVERYTHIONG on it!
Now, I would definitely do the step ups with my foot dead center, but it will hold regardless.
