to fix the border just go to the video tab in rendering options and go to dvd quality which is 640 x sum other number...

but this will make the file a lot bigger usually above 100megs

to counterthis i went to the audio tab and rendered at sumthing like 48 kb/s instead of 62 kb/s i think it was...
